Was easy to make my appointment, I had a wait in

Was easy to make my appointment, I had a wait in appointment for NYS inspection and I was in and out in less than an hour. Everyone was friendly and professional.

Upon arrival, Ethan was very pleasant and professional.

Upon arrival, Ethan was very pleasant and professional. Checked me in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was given a ride to work. Ethan called me when my vehicle was done. Definitely recommend West Herr Chevrolet Hamburg for service!

I have only good to say about everyone I delt with. A +...from the receptionist right thru to the courtesy driver. I also was unaware that I have 150K mile warranty as opposed to 100K. : )

This dealers ship is what you call wolf in sheep

This dealers ship is what you call wolf in sheep clothing, I bought a car on April 10th 2025 ,the car has several issues the sales manager/service manager gave me a (i owe you) and promised to fixed the issues, 3 days after buying the car it started to have transmission issues and shaking steering wheel issues that was immediately reported , i had to wait almost 20 days before before the car was finally taken in , when the dealership got the car the service manager refused to fix the issues entirely and got very disrespectful towards me when I pointed out if they do not fix the issues I will have to get legal advice, that only made the situation worse the sales manager then told me that he will not fix my car and I should let my Attny talk to there Attny , the level of disrespect, this is very unfortunate,the dealership is not who they say they are please be aware.
