I call for a service appointment. I'm given a date and time. I drop the vehicle off. They call me when they are finished. I pick the vehicle up. It's pretty much that simple. So far I have enjoyed my purchase with Orleans Ford and working with Tom Flowers from the purchase of my vehicle right through to the service. My next purchase will be from Orleans Ford.

Quality used cars at a great price. They set their price lower than market value. So you don’t have to negotiate. You either buy it or you don’t. Hassle free. This was my second vehicle from them. Won’t hesitate to go back!

This is the second truck I have bought from Orleans Ford. As per my previous purchase, I'm a satisfied customer. But the delivery could have been better. The interior had been cleaned probably months prior to my picking the truck up. It needed detailed and the windows were grimey, It was very evident when I drove the truck into the sun. Also the fuel tank was not filled. The truck has a 35 gallon gas tank so I'm not surprised but at least tell me why it was not filled for a reason. They did a much better job delivering my 1st purchase so I was a bit disappointed.

We saw a 2017 Lincoln MKX on Car Gurus that was exactly what we were looking for. After making a deal over the phone we drove 2 hours to get the car. At the last minute we decided to get a better equipped model on the lot and they made us a great deal on that one as well. Rich took great care of us. Great selection, prices and customer service. Would definitely buy here again.

I had done a lot of research and pretty much knew what I wanted to purchase and what I wanted to pay. I went in to Orleans Ford to look at a pre-owned 2016 Ford Escape Titanium and worked with Ricky. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with, spent a lot of time with me and and when we agreed to a deal I felt I got a fair deal and a great car. I waited for the care and they had everything ready in a couple hours. Everyone was very competent and friendly. Ricky even called a couple days later to see if I had any questions

I was on the fence for a long time in regards to acquiring a new vehicle. Rich & George were very patient and when I finally decided to pull the trigger, Rich worked with me to find the truck that had the equipment I needed. This is my first "New" vehicle in many years.
