They replaced a badly worn tire I had previously bought and told me we can’t let you drive on it And if we don’t have it in stock we will give you a loaner . they care about the safety of their customers

It was a pleasure to deal with Brooks.

It was a pleasure to deal with Brooks.He put no pressure on us.Listened to what we wanted and then looked and found the car we wanted.He was good to deal with.

Spent 3 hours an a Friday to get into a vehicle.

Spent 3 hours an a Friday to get into a vehicle. Was told it would take about an hour to do paperwork. Went Saturday morning. Salesperson said we need to call insurance company to get plates swapped and coverage on new vehicle. Was there for an hour, never signed anything. Wasted a trip. Did e signature through email. They dropped off vehicle on Monday. Had to sign 8 more times. Not thrilled with experience.

Horrible service.

Horrible service. Brought the car in for warranty work (I pay for the platinum extended warranty). I told them there was issues with my air conditioner, they said they found the issue submitted it to the warranty company (which is purchased through West Herr) and it was covered and they did the work. Fast forward 3 weeks when it is warm enough to use the air conditioner the car overheats, essentially burns through the last 58% of the oil life. I have it towed to another West Herr Dealership they found the issue because they actually looked into the problem and now I have to pay another deductible and another oil change (about 2500 miles early) because they did a horrible job, keep in mind they had the car for a week doing other work on it which I am now worried they did a horrible job on as well. The car only has 65,000 miles on it and gets all regular maintenance and checks done through the West Herr Dealerships.
