Was very pleased with my service there. Because my 2018 outback had some questionable issues I asked for a loaner car to use because I’m out in the country. Glad I did because it took the next day to also service my car. My service manager was great & help me with making decisions on how to fix some issues. I’m 78 & never was a mechanic His name was Frank Gengo in. I have had him many times before & trust his judgement. Have had West Herr for my last 4 Subaru’s.

Frank was very helpful and organized as i had many repairs to prioritize on an affordable schedule.

This has been my 4th purchase at West Herr Subaru. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Customer service is outstanding and the service department is excellent. Service technicians are very pleasant, explains any service needed and service is timely. Waiting area is comfortable and clean, snacks, water and coffee are provided.

This shop was very friendly and efficient. They sent me a video while they were inspecting the car. I was very satisfied. Would recommend to anyone.
