2014 Focus Lease
This is my fourth vehicle from Dave Smith Ford, starting with a pre-owned Ford Windstar van, then a 2010 Focus, 2012 Fusion, and a 2014 Focus. For all these vehicles, my customer experience was a good one. I worked with Rick Stroehleim for the last 3 and am impressed by his non-pushy style. He listens to the customer and makes the decision easy.

Larry was very good with getting back to me when I was looking to purchase my ford fusion and had the whole thing arranged very same day. I did run into a situation I didnt plan on but matt was able to work every detail out to be sure I would have the car I wanted. A few phone calls later (mostly from me because my other vehicle is in shop and was going have to rent for a week so I thought) he was able to get the whole deal done and I drove home with my car same night. Best sales and finance ever!

Outstanding Service
This was by far the best buying experience I have ever had. Kevin took care of me and made sure that each car I wanted to drive was available and warm. We had to come back and let my wife test drive the vehicles to make sure which was the best for our family. We chose the Ford Escape and it has delivered. The financing service I received from Matt was quick and pleasant. I was also very impressed with Eric and his people skills! My overall experience was outstanding and look forward to dealing with this company again!!

Nice experience leasing my new Escape.
I recently leased my Escape from Dave Smith Ford. My experience was very good. Everything was laid out properly, and I got a good deal. No screaming and yelling, or a lot of the typical nonsense. I prefer to do business close to home, but even though I live up the street, this was my first time at this dealership. I will be back. Thanks!

Poor Customer Service
I purchased an 2010 Expedition (used). As part of the purchase, I asked for services rather than price negotiations . The price was fair, but not great. I asked for the car care package in which they under coat the truck to protect from rust. Due to the fact that I have kids I also wanted the inside protected. ( I paid for this.) I went on a family trip. Due to the length of the trip when I came back, I went to get an oil change to make sure I stayed within the warranty. Knowing the mechanic, I asked to check on the undercoating. After looking several minutes, it was concluded that this was not done. Because, this is long winded, I will leave you with this. The interior was also sprayed, yet a kids foot print had to be professional cleaned. Hence, I can only assume they didn't complete the interior processes either. Bottom line, I had to send the the truck back 3x to resolve the problem with the dealership. Finally, I went to use my "bright" head lights only to fine there is a burned out light. How does that pass inspection? Concluding, I know this is sounds petty. However, my point is double check everything before signing. Their word, does not mean anything.
