Wickstrom excels in the process of buying a car and with the follow up. Its a relationship, not a transaction. I walked in, had done my homework, work...ed with Ryan Poltzer, we wrapped up details in 30 minutes after the perfunctory test drive. The actual financing took a bit longer because the dealership with slammed with people. Ryan expressed his concern about how long it was taking because of the volume and offered food and drink which was appreciated. Once the others in front of me were approved and signed up, the process took about 15 min and I was in my new Ford. This is the fourth car I've bought at Wickstrom and if I don't buy the next two or three there I will be surprised. They are professional and know how to deliver the complete painless buying experience. I've never felt taken advantage of. Its nice to walk away from a car buying experience and feel that you have received a good deal and that the dealer is willing to continue to support you in every way. Wickstrom rocks!

I was in the market to purchase a new car and fell in love with the Lincoln MKZ. I called Wickstrom and I'm so glad I did! It was such a positive exp...erience. Eric Wood was the sales associate I dealt with and he was THE BEST! He went above and beyond to the point where he even brought the car I was interested in to my home to test drive because my son was sick. I truly was impressed especially since I did not live close. Not only that, but he worked really hard to make things happen as far as getting the cost down to fit my budget and that was huge! With that being said, my overall experience with Wickstrom was great, pleasant and professional, and they definitely get my 5 star approval!
5 stars for this place! When you walk in your greeted by a large reception desk area filled with people who are willing to help you. They have a large... waiting area that has leather couches, drinks, food and even computers at high tables to sit at while you wait for things. The atmosphere is amazing best I have seen ever! I made an appointment with sales rep Matt Darwit, amazing employee! Was right at the desk waiting for us when we came in and greeted us with excitement. Brought us over to his desk and sat down and started writing down what we were looking for, prices so on and on. Within 10 min he had the vehicles out in the car lobby and was ready to test drive them, fastest Iv'e seen anyone get their information and get everything set. Took the vehicle for a test drive came back and he was able to help me get into the payment area I wanted along with getting the right price for a vehicle. The guy knows what hes doing that's for sure and is so helpful and nice. Great job Matt! I was able to walk out with a new vehicle and not feel horrible about how much money I was spending. All in all the team here is great Matt D and Nick Sjoblom gave amazing customer service. If I ever buy another vehicle I'll definitively return because of them.
