We had a great experience purchasing a used vehicle from Wickstrom Ford, thanks to our sales rep, Chris Krason. Chris was very helpful and professional throughout the entire process. We appreciate how accommodating he and the dealership were regarding our request for a PPI. They helped us arrange the inspection, which gave us a lot of confidence moving forward with the purchase. The dealership had already serviced the vehicle before the sale, and when the PPI surfaced a minor flow, they addressed it in a very timely manner. I highly recommend working with Chris and the team at Wickstrom Ford if you value a straightforward and dependable car-buying experience.

I recently purchased a new car from Wickstrom Auto Group, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience—thanks in large part to Eric Jensen. From the moment I walked in, Eric made the entire process smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered all of my questions without any pressure, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. His knowledge, professionalism, and friendly approach really stood out. What truly set this experience apart from any dealership I’ve worked with in the past was how seamless and efficient everything was. Eric was a true one-stop resource—handling everything from the vehicle details to paperwork and financing. There was no back-and-forth between different departments, which made the process incredibly straightforward. Remarkably, I was able to walk in, complete everything, and drive out with the keys in hand in about an hour. That level of efficiency is almost unheard of when buying a car, and it made a typically time-consuming experience refreshingly easy. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend working with Eric Jensen at Wickstrom Auto Group—you’ll be in great hands. I am thankful I stumbled upon doing business with Eric and at same time annoyed I just found him. I don't foresee working with anyone else next time I am in the market and it's great that as part of Wickstrom Auto Group he can support the Ford and Lincoln models in addition to Jeep.

My experience at Wickstrom Ford was tremendous.

My experience at Wickstrom Ford was tremendous. I went in to order a truck and was able to take a test drive on the spot to ensure I liked the truck I was ordering. Chris K in Sales took my order and updated me along the way. When my truck arrived I was in and out with all the documentation within 30 minutes. From finance to sales to service, I have no complaints whatsoever about Wickstrom Ford and Chris Krason. It was the best car buying experience I’ve had by far.
