as named the new General Manager/ Managing Partner of the dealerships. November of 2014 marked Kevin's 30 year milestone in the industry, spending the past 13 years with the Garber organization as General Manager. Kevin states, "I am both honored and excited to be here in Rochester. It is a privilege to lead these fine individuals who have been a part of the Holtz group for many years. I pledge to you my commitment to serving our customers with the highest level of service and supporting our community."

After a lifetime of buying "American" sedans, when it came time to lease a new car in 2019, it was harder to fine U.S. sedans, as so many have been dropped... from the auto lines. So, I found myself looking elsewhere. After looking at a lot of cars, I went to Acura of Rochester (never even thinking of an Acura before that day) - and I was blwon away by the welcome, courtesy, facilities and products of this dealership and my salesman. I was able to acquire a new RLX in July, 2019. I did not have any reason to even experience the service department until May, 2020 for my first oil change and tire rotation - and my image of Acura of Rochester did not change, The professionalism of staff and the service facilities continued to re-enforce my opinion of Acura of Rochester was one of the finest dealerships I have ever worked with!

The only concern I had with the service department is in the past, premature and what I consider unnecessary repairs were recommended to my wife, earlier... than the Acura factory recommendations. She always has me interact with the service team out of concern for this. Beyond that, a good service department

Rochester Acura an example of a no hassle, no intimidation and respectful no pressure sales experience. Sales associate, Jeramy was more interested in... what and why we were looking for a new car and what we expected from a successful experience. After a very thorough overview of the RDX, which we were interested in, he then worked with us on a ?fair? price that we had put on the table. Within a short period of time he and his sales manger were able to meet our goals for a fair price. Throughout this experience I do not believe that we had ever been treated so respectfully with a very positive experience. The result? A fabulous car with a smooth beautiful ride, cutting edge technology and a history of few problems. Thanks Jeramy and Rochester Acura.
