Exceptional staff selling an exceptional product

The staff were professional but fun to deal with throughout the process. I never felt pressured, which is so important to me. The decision to purchase an Acura was an easy one, particularly because the staff were welcoming and attentive.

Very friendly, professional service

We had an EXCELLENT experience leasing a new 2018 Acura MDX from Garber of Rochester. Paul Emerson and Christopher Wood were completely down to earth and personable, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. We live in Pennsylvania, and they even arranged to have our MDX registered in the Commonwealth. Because of state laws, buying or leasing a car requires almost as many signatures as buying a house, but Christopher patiently led us through it, explaining everything as we went. He then spent over a half hour tutoring us on the operational and technical features of the MDX (the new safety features are a marvel). We HIGHLY recommend these very competent and personable professionals to anyone thinking of leasing or buying an Acura. (We're not alone; while we were there a couple from Buffalo came in to buy ANOTHER car from Paul Emerson; it was like a family gathering!).
