The only concern I had with the service department is in the past, premature and what I consider unnecessary repairs were recommended to my wife, earlier than the Acura factory recommendations. She always has me interact with the service team out of concern for this. Beyond that, a good service department

Rochester Acura an example of a no hassle, no intimidation and respectful no pressure sales experience. Sales associate, Jeramy was more interested in what and why we were looking for a new car and what we expected from a successful experience. After a very thorough overview of the RDX, which we were interested in, he then worked with us on a ?fair? price that we had put on the table. Within a short period of time he and his sales manger were able to meet our goals for a fair price. Throughout this experience I do not believe that we had ever been treated so respectfully with a very positive experience. The result? Was in for a routine oil change. On my way to the appointment I hit a very large pot hole which knocked out my alignment. Also, I inquired about pricing on a remote start option. Eric was able to hook me up with fixing the alignment, oil change and installed my remote start. On top of all that.... He gave me a rental car while this service was being done. Eric was wonderful.
