Arrived for my 10 AM appointment to have four tires replaced and alignment; was told about 1.5 hours for that and about 1 hour for their inspection where they go over the car. 5 hours and 13 minutes later they were done. They were supposed to price match to any lower priced retailer's price. Did a little shopping around and found two retailers that had cheaper tires for same tire. Brought in the ad on my cell phone. The service lady looked at it then wrote some things down and told me they would honor the price. About an hour later she said that the tires I wanted were the wrong tires for car. The original price quote can be read on the invoice. The tires that I ordered were not the wrong ones but the price was not matched which I discovered later. When the car was ready, it was not washed, the tires looked scuffed up and dirty. The person that showed me the car told me that the cashier had left and we had to go to another building to find one. He handed the bill over to the cashier and started to leave. I stopped him and asked if the inspection revealed any problems. He did a quick glance at the bill and said no and handed the bill back to cashier. I paid the bill and left. later I discovered that the tires were written down as the wrong tires but they claimed they were the right ones. I asked about price on the phone and the original service person said we could not honor a cell phone picture. News to me since that is what she used when I first came in. She also had a computer to look up the competitor's price. When I returned two days later with print outs she did correct the price but based on that day's price, not the day that I came in when the competitor's price was less. She then admitted making a typo on worksheet but showed me another line written in a code showing that the new tires were the correct ones. But she didn't use my print outs. To my amusement she took a picture of the price from her computer screen with her cell phone and used that!!!

Originally we went in to see a used 08 Malibu. As soon as we get there we find out that somebody jus started signing the paper. We were upset, but we understood. Then we started having a very causal conversation with Jay and Mia. They were so kind and hilarious lol. But more importantly they weren't pressuring; Which is hard to find in a dealer! All in all we found ourselves eyeing an XT5 and took it for a spin. And wound up getting an exceptional deal! We got there at 5:15 and was pulling out of the lot at 9:24. They were quick and consistently asked if we needed any refreshments while being there. Highly recommended!! Written by their son that was with them.
