My salesman Danny was great. He was very concerned with making sure I was informed about the car to make my decision. He reviewed with me all the tech options I had on my new car. He also made sure I received a call from service to add my remote start.

I've been a customer or years both in sales and service the main reason I continue with sales is because of the service dept. I've been dealing with Luis for quite some time and would rather wait for him then go to anyone else, hopefully he never leaves but if he does I have faith I will still get the best service on my Fords

sleeze central

My BF and I were looking to get an F-250 for my Indiana farm. I found a '16 F-250 Platinum while driving by one evening. After looking the vehicle up on their website, I decided that it was within the perimeters of what I was looking for and the amount of money that I was looking to spend. We called ahead and spoke with Chuck so that they could "dig out" the vehicle from their over crammed lot. Once we arrived, the vehicle was pulled up and ready to go but we were told that we needed to stop by the fuel station to get some diesel so we could test drive the vehicle. Once we had some fuel in the tank, we went on a test drive. Once we returned from the test drive, I wanted to see an out the door price so that I knew how much my check was going to have to be made out for. I should note, upon my arrival to Willowbrook Ford, I mentioned that I would have to move some money and there was no way that I would be able to complete a purchase that day. Once at Chuck's desk, the sleeze began. Once he went up to his manager, we both (my boyfriend and I) got a bad feeling. Upon his return to his desk, we were told the price and the typical "we're losing money at this price" (I was in Ford Sales, I know the tricks) we asked for a little better discount but there wasn't anything more they could do, so I left it at I needed to think about it and see what I wanted to do. The pushy sales tactics began. "what can we do" etc. We were able to leave it at I needed to think about it. Upon returning home, we received a call from Chuck and he asked if there was anything more he could do we asked for a discount again and he said that there was no more for them to give. The next day, I decided to pull the Carfax and see if there were any anomalies that I should be concerned about since they didn't show me one at the dealership and I found that the odometer had been rolled back and majorly. We confronted the dealership about this and they said that it was the wrong carfax and they texted us a photo of the "correct" Carfax but it doesn't match anything that their website shows remotely. we expressed our distaste of this and continued to push us into purchasing their vehicle. we left it at we will not be purchasing their truck. Having worked for Ford, I know that they are not fond of such behavior. I will never return to Willowbrook Ford and hope that others heed my warning and don't enter this store.

Very happy with the service. Although I wasn?t expecting to spend the money I did. I needed the service done and was very happy with it.

My silverado

The salesman was very thorough and helpful. There was absolutely no pressure. Everybody, in fact was helpful. I just wish I got more for my trade in.

The service I received was OUTSTANDING!!! Matt and Michelle were able to get my car in quick and the mechanic, Ryan, did a great job with my oil change. The lobby was clean and offered some great amenities, like a massage chair, free wifi, and a well-stocked vending machine. I was pleased to hear that I had no open recalls on my car. I was pleasantly surprised that my car was also cleaned (exterior wash) upon return!!! I was more than happy to give my money to Marilyn, the cashier, who was also super friendly. All around, a great experience!

Our new 2017 Ford Edge

My wife and I were looking to upgrade her vehicle. She has been very pleased with her Ford Edge as well as the service and the convenience of Willowbrook Ford. I had the opportunity to work with Michael Klen. He was very helpful in going thru all of the options for our new vehicle. My wife and I are very pleased with our purchase of a 2017 Ford Edge Titanium. MIchael Klen and Tom Bavone were great to work with. I would recommend Willowbrook Ford and Michael Klen to anyone looking to purchase a Ford Vehicle.
