Michael Klen

We recently purchased a new car through Willowbrook Ford. Our salesman Michael Klen was amazing. He went over and beyond my expectations showing us exactly how all the features worked. The most pleasant buying experience!

My wife and I bought a Ford Edge with Dave Wishart and we could not be any happier! Our first impression was that Dave was very respectful of our budget and what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable about the cars we looked through and worked with us on our trade in. We had gone to a couple other Ford dealers where they were pushy and forceful trying to get us into the most expensive car, but Dave was very pleasant to work with. We actually ended up in a nicer and better optioned car than we thought we could afford! He also spent a considerable amount of time with us after signing the paperwork making sure that we understood all the features that came with that car. We will be referring all our friends and family to Dave when it's time for them to get a new car. Save time and hassle and deal with Dave at willowbrook Ford! Thank you Dave!

Above and beyond

Im very pleased I decided to give Willowbrook Ford a look. After having the worst experience I have ever incountered while attempting to purchase a vehicle when I went to Hawk Ford on 95th St in Oaklawn. I found the vehicle I wanted from the comfort of my home on Willowbrook Fords web page. I then contacted the internet sales dept and soon after ( on my time frame ) was contacted by Mike Klem. Mike was a super nice guy, and along with the Sales manager Joey made this the smoothest deal I’ve ever made. I truly felt good about the fair deal I received when I left the dealership. After the all the paperwork was complete, the guys even helped me with removing all my personal items from my trade. Great experience, thanks guys.

Found a perfect car thanks to Andy Ricci & Willowbrook Ford

After a stressful morning of finding out I unexpectedly needed a new car, Willowbrook Ford and specifically Andy Ricci came in to save the day. Andy was very helpful and listened to what I was looking for, and helped me find my perfect car. He was honest and upfront about the offer I could get, answered all of my questions (this is the very first brand new car I've ever purchased, so I had several), and put me at ease the whole time. He and staff stayed late that Saturday finishing up my purchase, and as I was leaving with my new, amazing Ford Escape, Andy walked me out and went over a few more things so I was able to get comfortable with my new car. Honestly, I really can't say enough good things about Andy, Tom, and the entire staff who I worked with at Willowbrook Ford. Thank you all so much!

Battery Installation

After having to have my dead battery charged, I drove right to Willowbrook Ford to have a new battery installed. I arrived late afternoon when they were very busy. They took me right in, estimated it may take about 2 hours. 1 1/2 hours later I left with my new battery.
