I called and made an appointment for Ford Mustang.
I called and made an appointment for Ford Mustang. I was told that the car is available and you can come to see. After 40 minutes, when I arrived, a man with a smile on his face said that the car was sold. To my comments that they made a appointment to me, he replied that there were a lot of cars and he did not know exactly how they were sold. If you don't want to spend 1.5 hours of your life without purpose. Do not contact this dealer.

Best dealership in town. There’s no other dealer in Illinois that compares to this one. I’m a passionate automobile enthusiast with no patience for xx and THIS dealer has NONE of that. I walked in and I was greeted softly and warmly by the front desk discussing the reason for my visit and understanding if I was browsing or looking for something specific. When I spoke about a specific vehicle I wanted I was referred to Tiffany the sales manager. She was as warm and welcoming as the front desk people were. Tiffany paid careful attention to what I wanted and what I was looking for. I never felt rushed or pressured. I felt MY time and what I wanted is what mattered to her, which it did! She introduced me to her product specialist Roland ( With a cool Cowboy hat and a great sense of humor to accompany it). While Roland knew full well I wasn’t in the market to buy a car in the near future he still spent almost 2 hours with me discussing my options, my needs, and how to get those needs taken care of. By the end of my visit, Roland helped me place an order for the exact vehicle I want. Despite not making a sale that day, they invested those nearly 2 hours in MY NEEDS and they showed me how much MY time meant to them. I’m almost 40 years old and I’ve never purchased a brand new car before in my life, and you know what? This is the place that’s going to happen and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Roland for explaining things so well and exploring everything down to the last detail to get me what I want and what I need. Bob Rohrmans Ford will be my first new car purchase and I’m confident it wont be my last. If you appreciate a no pressure environment that cares about your time, your needs, and communicates things clearly and easily….. This is the place for you

They are amazing and wonderful if you want at least
They are amazing and wonderful if you want at least $3,000 added to the cost of a used car on mandatory options that do not provide any value. Let me charge you $1,300 for nano protection. Oh yea this is great for protecting your paint and interior. How about you upsell that after instead of making it mandatory on purchase. Predators to be honest. Just give a fair deal with no back door extras. Dealerships wonder why Carvana and others exist. We are tired of getting baited.
