I bought a Tesla model 3 from this dealership and this

I bought a Tesla model 3 from this dealership and this was my experience… I was originally told the car would come with a charger. Upon asking again to make sure I would receive it, the salesman changed his mind and said no it doesn’t come with a charger but we’ll sell you a brand new one for $200 that we bought online. I had to bargain with him to get him to give it to me and included a $500 touchscreen with my trade in that I could’ve otherwise sold and recouped funds. Upon arrival he showed me the charger and it was obviously VERY USED and dirty as heck, not new like he said. I let that slide…. Then they pulled a classic bait and switch on the trade in value on my car which was originally agreed to be $6800 and then it was written for $6400 when I arrived to sign papers, another thing I let slide because I really wanted the car. And this was after I was honest with them about a light coming on my car and they asked me to fix it, to which I did before trading it in. After all of that I took the car home and it made suspension noise the whole trip, not to mention the cabin smelled like dirty feet because the air filters have never been changed. I also almost got into an accident because the horn didn’t work at all! I brought the car to Tesla and they had to replace the horn, control arms and lower lateral links!!! All of these are safety issues and the car should’ve never passed NYS inspection. The dealership gave me a hard time about proving it was a safety issue even though it is freaking COMMON SENSE if you work in the auto industry!!! I literally had to make threats and send a lot of documentation before they would agree to pay for the repairs!! And after all of that I got no apology and a snarky reply from the salesman. This place is absolute trash and will try to scam you any way they can. Zero customer service and just scummy business practices!! I really like the car but that has literally nothing to do with this dealership and there’s no way I’d recommend this place to anyone.

I really enjoyed the purchase of the 2021 Ram 2500.

I really enjoyed the purchase of the 2021 Ram 2500. The crew that worked on the truck were very helpful, and did a great job. It took quite a bit of time, though, as my appointment was at 10:00, but didn't get done until almost 12:00.
