Above and beyond service
I am a busy guy and wanted to try to squeeze in a car purchase in my lunch hour before a meeting and Gina went above and beyond to get me in and out of the office. She had the car I wanted running at the door when I pulled up. She made sure I was in and out ASAP. I was able to pick up the car the same day. Gina could not be there when I came to sign everything but made sure Brandon had what he needed to make sure I could get home in time for my daughters soccer game. Everyone was straight forward and the whole experience was phenomenal.

Most dealerships do routine maintenance (oil change,tire rotation,etc.) well enough and need no review. It is when you have a challenging issue (in my case, an electrical gremlin) that the dealership shows what's it made of. Both the mechanic and the customer service representative did an outstanding job of keeping me updated and informed of the progress of the repair above and beyond what I had expected until the job was successfully completed. Honda Pilot 2018
We had to waited so long for process, without pay attention. Also, we didn’t get any discount at all. The Custemer service was not the way they tol us before when we got there.

Very clean and cheerful
Our experience in leasing our CRV from Al Bello was very pleasant and comfortable. He made it very easy for us and was so informative when we picked the car up - taking time to explain every small detail to us. This is our second lease with Mr. Bello and we would definitely go back to him again. Our experience at Garber was very pleasant and so was Mr. Bello.

Great service, wonderful salesman
I was very lucky to have James as my salesman at Garber. If you are buying a new car, request to work with James. He is personable and very knowledgeable about Honda. He has the perfect approach and does not use any of the high-pressure tactics that some dealerships are known for.

Insight to Insight:Twelve years and Counting
In 2006, we bought our first Honda Insight (manual transmission) from Holtz Honda and in January 2018 Garber Honda kindly supplied a replacement hybrid battery for that 2006 model as after 12 years it was still running like a champ. That battery was all that was required to restore it to full hybrid operation. Recently that prized vehicle was rear-ended, being judged a total loss. Fortunately because it was a Honda, no one was injured. But we really felt the loss of that fateful auto. We wanted a replacement Insight but the accident occurred 2 months before the new 2019 Insights were due out. So what to do ? We took our tale of woe to Garber and they provided an immediate lease on a Honda Clarity EV pending delivery of a new Insight. That lease really helped bridge the gap between the operation of the old and new Insight. All during the wait our sales person, Issac, kept in constant contact assuring us that by the end of the month we would be driving our new Insight and sure enough that is the way it happened ! We love the car and can't thank the dealership enough for making sure we got it as soon as possible. We even got the same color as the old one. Sorry I can't quote the names of all the fine people who helped us, so we will just say THANKS TEAM GERBER HONDA !
