Woodfield Lexus

Good fast service... prices are too high... They recommended a wheel alignment after my service e was completed...$149. I checked with Sears Auto... $89. I did not do alignment at Lexus. Also... I do receive coupons for service from Woodfield Lexus, but I never receive them when my service is due. Instead of the coupons expiring.... they should be towards "your next service". This would entice people to have their service done at the dealership. I do really like the service and everything else about this dealership, however.

Scheduled maintenance was on time. No surprises and work was completed in a timely manner.

We always have wonderful courteous service and our car is washed when we go in for service. The lounge has muffins, sweet rolls and beverages making time go by quickly. I have had 3 Lexus and will continue to buy from this dealership.

Out of the four service maintenance from Lexus Woodfield since I bought my car , this one is painless and the service rep Mandeep made my stay bearable. I develop a phobia ever since because my past service experience was horrible.
