Emergency service- car towed.
Called Lexus when I was stranded and car wouldn't start. Transferred to Mike who calmed me down and talked me thru various steps to see what the problem might be. I didn't think it was the battery as I had it changed 1 yr ago. Got to Lexus around 5:30 but Mike got my car looked at quickly and it was determined it was the battery which they changed.

15,000 mile service
Michael Evans, service consultant, was very courteous. He let me use a SUV so I could go out for breakfast while my SUV was being serviced. He called me when my auto was complete, which was only 45 minutes. The rest of the service department greeted me with a smile and the cashiers were also very courteous.

Great salesman and support staff
I recently purchased a 2009 Lexus RX 350 from your dealership. The salesperson I dealt with was Mark Demma. His knowledge of the ins and outs of the vehicle was extensive, his demeanor was unfailingly friendly and helpful and most importantly to me, he was ALWAYS available to answer questions or refer me to whomever in the dealership was best equipped to solve any problems! He even provided his personal phone number to me and more than once made himself available even when he was not in the office or enjoying his day off! Mine was an interstate purchase with the intendant difficulties that sometimes entails but all obstacles were quickly & efficiently dealt with! I love the car and Mark was correct when he told me he thought it was the most sensible purchase for my particular needs! Many thanks to Mark and Caryn Szoldatsits for all the help they provided and their professionalism throughout the process !

SERVICE
Great service and customer care. Only one concern--when we left the facility, the settings for our lights and our parking assist were not set the same as when we arrived. This nearly caused a backing up accident in a parking lot. Good thing I don't put all my trust in the parking assist. I had to reset both the parking assist and the lights.

Service great! Price a bit high...
Good fast service... prices are too high... They recommended a wheel alignment after my service e was completed...$149. I checked with Sears Auto... $89. I did not do alignment at Lexus. Also... I do receive coupons for service from Woodfield Lexus, but I never receive them when my service is due. Instead of the coupons expiring.... they should be towards "your next service". This would entice people to have their service done at the dealership. I do really like the service and everything else about this dealership, however.
