This was our third vehicle we bought at Simons Rockwell. Aidan was very helpful with all the steps. He even set up Onstar on both of our phones. After we drove away the check engine light came on. We drove back and the service department fixed it right away. A pleasant experience all around

Do not go here to buy a car. We called 3x to confirm price and availability, and drove 2 hrs to dealership and test drove car and completed all the paperwork. Less than an hour later, they cancelled the sale and said we had to pay $3,500 more. Don’t fall for this scam. Please don’t waste your time, gas, and effort to come to this dealership.

I have purchased New, Used, and have had service done at Simmons Rockwell over the past 10 Years. No high pressure sales, the pricing typically is non negotiable but always fair. The service Department has their act together as well. Why wast your time Haggling?

AVOID SIMMMONS-ROCKWELL
I’ve purchased 13 vehicles from Simmons Rockwell and will never deal with them again. When my 2019 Silverado at 3 years in lost power steering, traction control, and trailer brake control, they tried to throw new parts at the problem that would have cost me over $4,000. Jason, the current general manager felt it was fair to charge me a restocking fee for the parts when I decided to get a second opinion, so I left there with a $900 bill and a 3 year old truck that I couldn’t drive. It was a rusted through ground cable. A $50 part fixed the problem. When G.M. Corporate got wind of my situation I received a refund check in the mail with absolutely no contact from Simmons Rockwell. NEVER AGAIN. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I had to make four trips to Simmons-Rockwell to get a problem fixed and it is an 80 mile round trip. Did not appreciate the numerous trips besides all the waiting time to tell me they couldn't get or have the parts in a timely manner. Very poor service!
