Just serviced my 2023 BMW X2 and had a wonderful experience. It was hands down the best service. Coming from an owner of multiple Toyotas, Alex Flinn was exceptional.

I had a really great experience here, the staff was super

I had a really great experience here, the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Big thanks to Russ Millard, who was awesome to work with and made everything smooth and enjoyable. The whole team was quick with the paperwork and got my car ready for delivery in no time. I’m really happy with how it all went and would definitely recommend them.

Always well cared for here.

Always well cared for here. Service is well explained and video from the technician is a fun touch. This is not the closest service center to my house but I prefer coming here!

We purchased a new BMW X3 through Bill Jacobs BMW and it was a very smooth experience! Our advisor, Mark Graffagna, was friendly, professional, and communicated progress through the entire process. This is our 4th car from this dealership and it's always a good car buying experience. We'll always consider Bill Jacobs first if we're in the market. Brian K and Rob T are also great managers who oversaw our purchase.

I purchased a 2026 BMW M340 xDrive at BJ BMW, and it was

I purchased a 2026 BMW M340 xDrive at BJ BMW, and it was by far the most efficient and smoothest car purchase I have ever made. I had the pleasure of working with Russ Millard, who maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process. Despite setbacks with my initial custom-ordered vehicle, Russ worked diligently to secure an identical M340 with all the same options. He was also very mindful of my busy work schedule and made sure everything was ready when I arrived to pick up the car, allowing me to be on the road within a couple of hours without any issues. Russ Millard and Robert Trax both dedicated significant time over the phone answering all of my questions and truly made me feel like they were on my side, working to provide me with a great deal rather than making the process feel like a battle, as it often does at other dealerships. Russ went above and beyond expectations to ensure I was happy and satisfied with the final price right up until the moment I drove away. I highly recommend BJ BMW, Russ Millard, and Robert Trax for your BMW purchase!
