The buying process was much more pleasant than the

The buying process was much more pleasant than the typical dealer experience. Mark was direct, straightforward and didn’t play those annoying dealer games. I was treated honestly and fairly. Delivery was great too. I was given a thorough tutorial of the X5’s extensive systems and the financing process was quick and efficient.

Alex made me feel comfortable and important.

Huge shout out to Russ at Bill Jacobs BMW in Naperville. This was my second vehicle purchase from Bill Jacobs, and once again the experience was seamless from start to finish. Russ had everything prepared before I even walked in the door. The vehicle was ready, the numbers were clear, and the entire process was efficient and respectful of my time. The test drive confirmed everything, paperwork was handled quickly, and I was in and out without any pressure or unnecessary back and forth. Exactly how a premium car buying experience should feel. What stood out most was the professionalism and straightforward communication. No games. No surprises. Just a clean, well structured deal. I’ll absolutely continue purchasing from Bill Jacobs BMW in the future, and I highly recommend asking for Russ if you want a smooth, stress free experience.

I am a BMW family for many years. 3 year maintenance service was done with Service advisor, Kyle Clairmont. He gave us comfort, explained in detail about my car. On same day, I purchased another BMW. The sales person, Stefan Malm, is also an exceptional person to talk about new car. He is a knowledgeable person, kind young gentleman.
