I just picked up a new 2026 X5 yesterday and overall it

I just picked up a new 2026 X5 yesterday and overall it was a very easy and seamless process. Russ Millard and the entire team did a fantastic job helping me select the exact X5 I wanted. Russ was never aggressive and let me do my own research over the course of a few months, picking the specific options I wanted from the factory. The full team at Bill Jacob’s BMW provided me everything that I needed to know about the car while I was looking and the on delivery. The whole team there made it an incredibly easy process.

I switched over to BMW from Mercedes.

I switched over to BMW from Mercedes. I can tell you that the vehicles and service are far better. Alex Flinn has really made the BMW service a luxury experience. I plan on buying second Bmw for my daughter later this year.

Always a great service experience. I got my car washed and serviced all within an hour. Alex keeps you updated the entire time.
