Each time I've gone there Gary McCormick and Robert Tremaine have both been very genuine and helpful. They both made sure I understood every detail about... my new vehicle and my lease. I definitely reccomend them above all others. Ask for Gary. Although Robert handles the financing, ask for him as well and he'd be able to help, I'm sure of it!!!
Had my brothers vehicle, which had a scheduled appointment. Dropped off first thing in the morning, hadn't heard anything by 1pm, so he called. They... hadn't taken a look at it yet. Closed without calling to tell him they were finished with it, and there was nothing they could do. All without ever watching the video of the intermittent issue he is having, while they tell him nothing is wrong. Service even laughed at him for trying to get this issue resolved.
I have had two Sivlerado Trucks, my current truck is a 2014. Every spring I have to take it in cause they have failed to correct the problem. Happened... in 2014,2015,2016,2017 and here again in2018. I believerather than to honor the our agreement, they did not do the honorable thing! I am not angry, very disappointed. I will never purchase another Chevrolet product again nor will I ever allow them to service my vehicle. I will take it elsewhere to be FIXED! Rant over!

I found a used truck that I wanted at Elm Chevrolet but I live five hours away. From the first time I spoke with Mike, he went above and beyond to make... sure I was happy. Since I was traveling from so far away, Mike even crawled underneath the truck and took the pictures that I requested. We worked out all the details before I arrived and he had everything ready for when I got there. His Manager who completed the paperwork was also a pleasure to deal with. My significant other was not thrilled about the five hour journey but Mike went out of his way to recommend places in the area and we both left happy! Overall, it was an absolute pleasure purchasing from Mike and I would highly recommend doing business with Elm.
