It was well worth the 3+hour trip. From the initial phone call on Monday thru the completion of signing papers on Tuesday, the relationship was professional, upfront and honest, and through each step, lots of integrity. Mike was fantastic to work with and he made me feel at ease through the whole process. Thank you to him and the financial staff for making me feel extremely comfortable with my decision.

Not trustworthy

I was interested in a 2017 Chevy Bolt for sale at this dealer. When I looked up the VIN it said the car was listed for sale on February 2020. I first noticed it for sale in June of 2021. I do not live close enough to visually confirm their inventory but I would be surprised if they still had the car for sale over a year later. In my opinion they're not trustworthy.

I was looking for a Chevy Colorado for a while and just couldn’t find the one that was right for me until I went to Elm Chevrolet. They had what I was looking for and a family member referred me to a salesman named Randy and he worked with me on the price and took care of financing, etc. I would highly recommend Elm Chevrolet

Was looking for a low milage Chevy Impala midnight...

Was looking for a low milage Chevy Impala midnight edition. Found Elm Chevy had one through autotrader. Once I put in a request for information I got an email back from Randy Marsh. We talked on the phone about the car. The price was right on and he checked a couple things out on the car for me. I purchased the car. I had to drive over 3 hours in wintry weather to pick up the car. Randy had everything set to go, he even dropped me off at enterprise to return the car I rented to get there. Robert Tremaine handled the financial end of things again he had everything ready. I was at the dealership for a little over an hour start to finish. If the weather had been nicer I would have loved to stay and talk awhile longer. They were all really great to be around. The car is awesome too!
