I came into the dealership at closing and was turning around to leave but my sells person stayed and we were able to complete the sell of the car. Stress... free!
Diana Branch, thank you for your kind words and congratulations on your new vehicle! If you have any additional questions about your new vehicle, we w...ill be more than happy to assist you! Safe travels!
I purchased my vehicle from Bowditch Ford. I was assured this was the very best dealership to do business with since they boast years of Presidential Awards... for service. Moving forward not only do they not even let you know when you truck is received into their service department there is literally no one in charge of their service department. Their service advisors do not reach out you have to chase them down to even get an update on your vehicle they don’t have the training to even read warranty information and to add even more confusion they leave it to the customer to have to know every detail of coverage down to the fine print of their warranty. When I reached out to the GM Chris V via email I was not even dignified with a response no call no text no email. The only person who seems to know what’s going on their is their finance director. It’s a real shame this dealership has become what it is I would have enjoyed a long term relationship with them but they obviously aren’t interested in maintaining long term customers. I will be trading my 2014 F150 Lariat next year and it has less than 50k miles on it currently I am sure any of the local Ford dealers would love to have it as a trade in and to have me purchase and service my vehicle with them since we do spend money on extended warranties and gap and any coverage that allows us to maintain the vehicle in good health. I will be having the warranty repairs done at another Ford dealer since Bowditch could not be bothered to complete them in the five days it sat at their facility and will be happy to see if the other work they recommend is actually necessary also since they couldn’t even be bothered to fill out their multi point inspection with the make and model of the vehicle and the time before stated that the truck didn’t have a spare tire... If they took as much effort soliciting reviews after the vehicles are picked up and put that effort into training and running a service department geared towards customer service maybe things would be different. It’s a complete disappointment!

Purchased a new Explorer from them and was very pleased with this dealership. Best price in the area and the negotiations were fair. I was a little rough... on them during the negotiations but we were able to come to a price quickly. I will drive the hour and 15 minutes from my house again to do business with them. Eddie was great to work with and I would highly recommend him as a salesman.
Bought a used Ford Focus with 70K miles on it. After driving the car for 2 weeks and only putting on 2K miles I needed a repair done due to overheating.... Come to find out I need a new engine because coolant was leaking into the engine. Thanks for screwing a military member.

Bowditch Ford employees are the best. Bill and Chris took care of me when I was looking to buy a car and they answered all my questions to my satisfaction... and when I left there July 2018 I drove y new car home.I want to Thank everyone for everything, the service is always excellent.
Brought my car in for an oil change, and state inspection. I sat in the waiting room for over two hours waiting for it to be done. I think it was finished... and no one took time to let me know. One of the reps came into the waiting room and asked who I was and which was my car. He found it out in front of the dealership where it had been parked for who knows how long.
Service writer Al was awesome! Never been treated Better!
Once again Al Cusano showed mw what the best service department should be like. He truly provides Bowditch Ford an excellent, stand alone customer service.... Promote.

I don’t even know where to begin. I called on July 2nd and scheduled a drop off for my vehicle for July 8th thought that was a while but it was a holiday... week so I was ok with it. Then I show up on July 8th and the person who helped me on the phone “Harry” never put me in the system and asked why I was there and who is was. Then he calls and tells me the warranty will not cover my radio due to mileage exceeding warranty. I understand and ask how much it will cost and how much time it will take. Harry again tells me two days and about $500. By July 19th 5 days later still no call from Harry so I called and he didn’t know who I was or what car I had and put me on hold for 10 minutes to come back and say they are finishing it up and I can pick up my car on Saturday July 20th at 1:00. Then I receive a call from Mike who leaves a message saying they never got the part aka they didn’t order it and I car would be available on Tuesday. Then get this I get a call on Monday saying my car is ready and my total is $773.85. I ask for a manager and they of course tell me there isn’t one. Avoid this place at all costs if not you will regret it. They make you wait three times past what they said and charge you an extra $273.85 more than originally quoted. I am going to contact them in the morning but I doubt that they will do anything. I have always purchased Ford but after my last few experiences with Ford I can guarantee I will be switching unless they can provide something for my trouble and return the money they stole.
