I don’t even know where to begin. I called on July 2nd and scheduled a drop off for my vehicle for July 8th thought that was a while but it was a holiday... week so I was ok with it. Then I show up on July 8th and the person who helped me on the phone “Harry” never put me in the system and asked why I was there and who is was. Then he calls and tells me the warranty will not cover my radio due to mileage exceeding warranty. I understand and ask how much it will cost and how much time it will take. Harry again tells me two days and about $500. By July 19th 5 days later still no call from Harry so I called and he didn’t know who I was or what car I had and put me on hold for 10 minutes to come back and say they are finishing it up and I can pick up my car on Saturday July 20th at 1:00. Then I receive a call from Mike who leaves a message saying they never got the part aka they didn’t order it and I car would be available on Tuesday. Then get this I get a call on Monday saying my car is ready and my total is $773.85. I ask for a manager and they of course tell me there isn’t one. Avoid this place at all costs if not you will regret it. They make you wait three times past what they said and charge you an extra $273.85 more than originally quoted. I am going to contact them in the morning but I doubt that they will do anything. I have always purchased Ford but after my last few experiences with Ford I can guarantee I will be switching unless they can provide something for my trouble and return the money they stole.
I have left the dealership I was using for 6 years because they can't be trusted so I am driving 30 minutes over 10. I went there to have warranty work... done that the other place tried to tell me it was not covered but I knew that was BS. I saw Al Cusano, he was great and my warranty was fixed and they did the needed oil change. I took my truck in last week, my check engine light was on and needed an oil change, the check engine light was something small and easy to fix. Al called me to keep me up do date what was needed, so far I trust Al and will make the extra drive to Bowditch.
Purchased a new Explorer from them and was very pleased with this dealership. Best price in the area and the negotiations were fair. I was a little rough... on them during the negotiations but we were able to come to a price quickly. I will drive the hour and 15 minutes from my house again to do business with them. Eddie was great to work with and I would highly recommend him as a salesman.
I have taken my SUV in for service several times after purchasing it in 2006. I must say that "AL" in the department gives you the time it is ready and... calls to make sure you are available. He cares about you as a customer. He keeps you informed as to any issue you may have.
No hassle, professional and knowledge sales staff willing to work with me to make the deal come together. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy... a new or used vehicle.

I usually have a wonderful experience with Bowditch. For the positives, Al, our service rep who is head of the Blue Team is always a pleasure to work with.... Also the mechanics always do an excellent job on our vehicles. However your new process of not being able to speak directly to our service representative lacks customer service. I had to call back twice to have someone return my call and then it was someone who has no idea who we are or what we need. Finally once she gave a message to our service rep he was very accommodating as always and I was able to have the problem resolved. Our service rep and mechanics deserve a 10, however your process does not. We have been clients at this dealership well over 40 years and my concern is that once the people who we have always had excellent relationships with are gone we feel our service and purchasing experiences will be lacking.
