Where do I even start, she a miracle worker and angel in

Where do I even start, she a miracle worker and angel in one. She was so welcoming and enthusiastic about the whole process as a first time buyer. She was such a blessing and made my worries completely disappear. I love her so much and we built a bond that I will forever cherish. I’ll be coming back and recommending all my friends to her!!! Casey Chevrolet Service department is no different than

Casey Chevrolet Service department is no different than any other service department. They will break your vehicle, fix it for the most part, but tell you anything they break and cannot/will not fix is your (the Customer) fault and not their problem. And I hope that this will at least help prepare or maybe provide that second thought to a prospective customer that wishes to have their vehicle serviced at the Service Department at Casey Chevrolet!

Service department is a hot mess that tries to scam

Service department is a hot mess that tries to scam people out of money even when services denied. Our vehicle broke down out of town near this dealership. Had it towed here bc our 2021 chevy was still under warranty. Took three business days to recieve a diagnosis. Was told to call GM ourselves to open claim. Then found out they did it as well. Wasted our time to find out a week later engine was approved and on order. Waited a month for back ordered engine to arrive (entire time with no car- dealership does not provide loaners and GM warranty only reimburses rentals 6-8 weeks AFTER work completed). Every time we called, our service provider Mary was unavailable. Each time we got information from a different service provider (we always had to call-they rarely called us), Mary would call days later with conflicting information, even different from what had been provided to GM warranty. Engine finally arrives, takes several days for repair to be completed. Now there magically is another problem we have to pay out of pocket for which we refuse. We arrive on Saturday when we could travel to retrieve the car and they hold the car hostage until we pay a labor charge on the extra repairs we had refused. Service manager not in, sales manager unhelpful. Car was covered in snow and had to be jumped (despite it being a 'new' battery that was visibly dirty and connectors were not cleaned). All around terrible communication, no paperwork provided for new engine or battery warranties, and our GM warranty rep has filed an official complaint- she had issues getting them to even answer a phone or provide information the whole time.
