I went into this facility with a 2005 Chevy Trailblazer. I left the facility with a 2013 Dodge Ram. I traded the trailblazer due to countless repairs.... The water pump, serpentine belt, cooling fan, and so on. I had no idea that I would be purchasing another vehicle with some of the same issues not even a year after the purchase. The customer service that I experienced was short, uncaring, and rude. The truck completely broke down on I264 while I was attempting to get to work. The used car manager told me that “cars break”. I had to pay out of my pocket for routine maintenance. Maintenance that should have been taken care of before the truck was even placed on the lot for sale. I purchased the vehicle in November of 2017. The trouble began in March of 2018. It broke down completely in May 2018. I thought this was a reputable car lot. I was wrong. The service department is a unorganized and unprofessional.
Service department acted like they were too busy to listen to you. Lacked customer service skills. The ladies were friendly but the manager really didn't... want to listen. You would think that since we brought a new truck from them they would give you good service and listen to your concerns.
Jeff Amos and the guys over at Casey took good care of my car, and saved me a ton of money by finding out my car was still under warranty. Plus when... I came to pick it up I found it plugged in with a full battery charge. It is the little things sometimes.

Professional, genuine and honest. The honesty sold me! Had selected my vehicle and last minute it was discovered that this new vehicle had been damaged... in shipping/transit. Yes this brand new 2018 Camaro had had almost 4000.00 with of damage. Yes, it looked great and to the untrained eye you???d never know. While we all know many unethical places would of brushed it off to gain a sale with the mindset of what she don???t know won???t hurt. Had I not been told and found out later, it wouldn???t of been pretty. With the price of new cars, if there???s damage, let me be the one to put it there. I worked with Craig and Nate and they immediately went to work to find me an identical replacement. In a sales driven world, its often hard to find sales people who put customer needs first over their personal sales gain. My wants and needs were met with respect and exceeded my expectations!

I was shopping for a gmc.acadia or honda pilot. The pilot was my 1st choice and the lot I stopped in didn't have either. I meet Donald d. King in the lot... and we walked and he listened to what I was looking for and he didn't have one at his location. He shopped his other Casey lots and found a pilot that had been reduced and was 2015 ,3 years newer than I was looking at. He took us to that dealer lot and handed me the keys and said see you back at 1st lot when you get there. I had a budget I was staying in and This pilot had almost everything I wanted with the benefit of being just 2 years old. This pilot was listed as a great deal by the internet sites and based on other dealers I had to agree. They gave me a very fair trade and found a financing rate better than my bank. Donald King was great and his sales manager worked to make the deal happen. I can say I would recommend this Casey group to anyone looking to buy or trade a vehicle. They are straight up about everything ,no lies, no B.S.,no bate and switching.For me this was a great transparent deal. This dealership and it's employees for me were honest , clear, and delivered on what they said. I drove away happy satisfied , NO BUYERS REMORSE HERE.

My service advisor today was Jeff Amos. He was nice and professional my entire visit. He reassured me during my wait that they would find out what the... issue was. He did some research to see if my issues would be covered under the GM warranty! He saved me bundles!! Thank you Jeff for an amazing visit! The entire staff was a pleasure to be around! ?????????? We arrived on a Sunday and Juan Velez greeted us very respectfully and polite. He was not pushy at all trying to make us decide on a vehicle like other... places we have visited. It was between a Chevrolet Equinox and GMC Terrian and he gave us plenty of time to look at both before deciding which one I liked better myself. However we did not buy on Sunday. On Monday we rode to other dealerships and looked what was available and after many other places I decided I wanted the GMC Terrian. The main reason I choose Casey Chevolet is that is where the vehicle I wanted was at this location. However the reason we came back and purchased the GMC Terrian from Casey Chevolet was because how good we were treated by Juan Velez. He was very polite, understanding, fair and patient during this purchase with us. I have already told others about this dealership and the experience and recommended if they are in need of a purchase that is the place to visit first.
