I bought a brand new car paid in full and it broke down

I bought a brand new car paid in full and it broke down less than a month later. It has been at dealership ship now for over a month and noone has helped to resolve the issue. Mary has not helped and as a matter of fact would not call me back after multiple messages. I had to drive down there if I wanted any kind of update on my car. Keith the head guy at service department has not been helpful other than telling me it's not their fault it's GMs fault. The general manager Ron when I asked for a refund or a new car told me that was not happening that they are replacing the transmission and it will be good as new. I did not pay for a brand new car with faulty transmission. Buyer beware this place is worth negative stars!
