2005 Acura

Matthew Wilson was very flexible by allowing me to schedule a test drive at night. We were able to move the process of buying the car extremely quickly at market value.

Great Service AND great Prices

Being a former car salesman, I am always leery of the tactics that can sometimes be employed on unsuspecting car buyers. If you go to Baierl Acura, you won't have to worry about any of those stereotypes. I have to tell you that my experience at Baierl Acura far exceeded my expectations. They were by far the easiest dealer I have EVER worked with ( and I am addicted to buying cars - have bought over 21 cars in 30 years). The salesman, Matt Willson, never once tried any of those high pressure tactics I was taught when selling cars. Instead, he did was few professionals never learn to do - HE LISTENED to my problem and provided a solution by giving me information, got me pricing, and let me decide. Of course there was nothing to decide, as his opening offer was actually right on my number. I then went to the parts department and bought some accessories - same experience - Brandon was very easy to talk to and had ALL the accessories I wanted. The icing on the cake was the service department, where Rod Sassic made me feel like he was working for me instead of the dealer. Going through the closing process, Sims Meiss was very professional and clearly explained my options with no pressure. Great experience

My husband and I had researched and shopped around so we knew what type of car we wanted! When we saw the 2012 Acura MDX at Baeirl we knew we wanted it! Our salesman, Bob, was very friendly and easygoing. We drove the car and asked him lots of questions and then worked out the sales price. We felt we were treated fairly and it all went well. I think it was the easiest car buying process we've ever experienced thanks to Bob. Enjoying our Acura now!

Exemplary Service and Honesty

Once again ,I had exemplary assistance and service at the Bairel Acura service Center today! I also had been to the service center at the Bairel used car service center, a couple months ago and had the same experience! Thank you for the consistency of your staffing and service!

Couldn't be happier

The team at Baierl Acura exceeded all expectations. Great vehicle, great price, and excellent service. Matt and the team were very sensitive to the schedule that I wanted to work within for the purchase of the vehicle and did everything they could to make the process smooth and efficient which is invaluable when buying a vehicle on a holiday weekend and trying to juggle the schedules of three young children. Looking forward to working with the entire team moving forward!

Best Car Purchase

My son and I worked with Sims Meiss-the business mgr- by phone and at the dealership- to smoothly,efficiently, cost effectively,fairly and very pleasantly convert my leased Acura into a purchase for him on short notice as he was leaving with the car in two days for a new job out West. Sims also involved the Service Dept very timely and efficiently during our work with him to have the vehicle run through the required inspections as we reviewed and completed the already prepared documentation to make it happen in record time for me at a car dealership. We both left there thinking that was the most awesome auto transaction either of us were ever involved with and actually feeling good that it was a very fair deal. I would highly recommend Mr Meiss in his capacity -and this Dealership- for knowing how and when to push all the right buttons to handle a car transaction most efficiently with openness and honesty.

Great Dealership and Sales Consultant

I recently leased an Acura RDX from Baierl Acura in Wexford and Tim Wilson was my sales consultant. I couldn't have had a better experience. Tim was awesome! He was very friendly and courteous as well as very knowledgeable about the product he's selling. The whole dealership really puts the customer first. They worked with me to make sure I was happy in every aspect. I would highly recommend Baierl Acura and especially working with Tim Wilson!

Purchased New RDX

This is my 4th Acura from Baierl. And my 2nd from Ken, He is awesome to work with. Ken is very accommodating and easy to work with. I even called him on his day off and talked to him about my needs and set up to meet with him. He knows how busy I am and did everything to work around my busy schedule to make it easier for me.

Most Honorable Dealership

I had the pleasure of working with and without exception the most professional sales person MARY BETH BELSITO. She was a dream come true and made my experience in purchasing my Acura RDX very easy. She is very knowledgeable with a personalty that made me feel like I was her only customer. There aren't enough accolades to praise her --- she is the perfect sales person for me. I would purchase from Baierl any cars that they sell. I also want to thank ChucK Massart on the HONDA side. Chuck knows how to speak to a customer and get results. In fact Chuck was responsible in closing deals on 2 Honda Civics. Plus Chuck recommended me to Mary Beth Belsito. Thank You Mary Beth and Chuck for making it fun to purchase from Baierl Acura and Honda. Good Experience with Sale

Bob Erb, our salesman, was very friendly and extremely helpful in getting us through our purchase process. We reside out of the state of PA and there was more than usual coordination of both parties to make this sale go smoothly. Bob and his support team were very prompt in handling all necessary paperwork and final details of purchase and made the transaction a pleasant one. Both my wife and I agree that we would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Baierl Acura.
