I purchased a TLX from Ed Donaher. He and the whole sales department did everything they said they would. Fair price on a very nice car. Also had a few extras added on by the service department and had a excellent experience with them also. If you’re in the market for a Acura I would not hesitate to purchase one here.

I can only speak for their service department I went in for a yearly inspection. They were nice and accommodating. The dealership itself was extremely clean spacious and comfortable.

I am never 100% comfortable in the hands of a “salesman” but I can assure you that you have changed my mind! You’re assurance, knowledge and how far you went to assist in me finding the right car that fit my financial limit was not easy, nor am I an easy person to deal with when it comes to spending money. I can’t thank you enough! I left with a beautiful new car, I felt heard and was treated with such kindness, I will never buy another car unless it from Hall! My wife and I had a great experience with Pati at Hall Acura Pati listened and understood what we were looking for regarding the purchase of our 2022 MDX She followed up and followed through regarding our questions and concerns We live out of state that does not require front tags and Pati knew that this was A big concern for us ( no holes in the front bumper) She followed through without a hitch

I’ve purchased several Acuras and Hondas. My recent purchase of the 2022 Acura MDX was an awful experience. I love the car and redesign, but recommend another dealership. No customer loyalty, lack transparency & honesty.

Thank you for the response; however, the paperwork and dealership policies were never in question. It is about doing the right thing by your customer. The bottom line is Hall Acura has ZERO customer loyalty and the deal was a BAD deal for me. Over 7+ banks questioned the upside down deal. My credit is excellent & Hall Acura gave me no choice, but to accept a bad deal. The difference is $5k. If they would have worked with me, they’d have a repeat customer(since 2008). Now, I will never buy an Acura or Honda again after this experience. Bottomline is the management from the top on down never once asked how they could fix it. That’s not good customer service. Good old boy approach toward a female customer.

I’ve been dealing with Hall Acura for many years now....

I’ve been dealing with Hall Acura for many years now. Every time I have had to take my car in for annual service checkup or if there has ever been an issue with my MDX, which is hardly ever! I have always had a wonderful experience Brian is very knowledgeable and honest and never pushy.

Brain always takes great care to listen and resolve any concerns or issues. Top notch customer service! HIs attention to detail and customer service will keep me with Acura after being with Volvo for 13 years prior.

I t was great to get back to my old dealer after being away for a couple of years. RDX was quickly serviced and the follow up wash and interior cleanup left the car spotless!
