Used car purchase

We had a very pleasant and professional experience when we most recently purchased a used car from Bill Kay. Our salesman Mike was very pleasant, professional and not pushy. They allowed us to take the used car to our mechanic before we purchased the car, which was a real plus for us. I would recommend Mike and Bill Kay in Lisle on Ogden to others. Thank you.

Not very knowledgeable

Brought car in for reduced engine power issues. Changed battery and cables for over $500. Still having same issues. Problem and solution are discussed all over the internet.

Terrible service and quality

Not only did the work take too long and cost too much, it was not done right. I now have to come back to have it done right.

Great Dealership, Great Staff

I came in looking wanting to look at a Nissan rogue that was for sale. I neeed an AWD/4x4 more fit for the weather. I drove a RWD at the time. As soon as I walked in, someone was asking me what I needed, and connor walked up and assisted me. He wasnt in your face or just trying to sell a vehicle for a paycheck. He took me needs into consideration and assisted me in a more personal way. We talked for a while. He is a very personable guy. I wasn't very fond of the vehicle, just because of the type. There wasnt anything wrong with it. He showed me the jeep compass I now own. It was out of my price range by a decent margin. I called him the next day and asked him to get it as close to my range as possible. I didnt think he could, but he called me next day with a price not only in my range, but one I could not say no to. He went out of his way to make sure I got a great deal and great car. He followed up with me next day to make sure everything with the jeep was doing fine. He cares about what he does and not just the paycheck. I would reccomend connor to everyone that reads this/walks into the dealership. Stop in and see what he can do for you.

Great experience

Mike was great. We test drove a 2018 traverse lt leather. Very nice ride. Having been driving a compact car I was apprehensive about such a large vehicle but Mike let me do maneuvers that I was worried about. Financings was pretty quick and painless as well. Highly recommend Bill Kay Chevy

Wonderful experience

Excellent service and most definitely will return and will recommend Connor was a great salesman cool straight to the point with no bs and got me what I wanted 💯👌🏾Everything was done quickly I drove 1 hour to come to bill Kay and I was worth it. The whole vibe of the place made me feel comfortable with buying a vehicle

Oil & filter change

Dan did a great job explaining things of what would be done. Work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and work was completed to my satisfaction, appreciated the fact that my vehicle was washed after the work was completed.

Oil consumption test

Brought my 2011 Equinox 2.4 in to have the oil changed and start the process of doing the consumption test due to I'm burning oil and adding up to 4 quarts of oil between changes. Jamie the service writer was very helpful explaining the procedure, it made me comfortable having Bill Kay help me with this issue.
