Bought a 2013 Dodge Charger on July 26, 2018. Before I left the lot, found out the bluetooth system doesnt work! To their credit, they have made an appointment... to have it fixed at a Dodge dealership. But, before I can even get that done...I'm on the highway and something blows in the motor....coolant everywhere and then overheat and shut off! I call them, they tell me they don't do towing and I have to have it towed in. Costs me $170 to tow it to them...and which point they tell me they don't have any loaner cars! They have an employee drive me and my wife ( and all our shopping bags) home. Maybe they'll be able to get me a car tomorrow or Monday! Which doesn't help me get to work! Again, I've owned this car for 3 weeks! So far, my experience has been that this dealership will say whatever gets your money in there account. After that, they don't care. I'll gladly edit this review or post a retraction if they actually step up and make things right. But, as it stands now, I'll be sure to tell everyone just how they do business and to avoid them. People don't buy a car expecting to have to shell out hundreds or thousands of dollars to tow and fix it before they even put 1,000 miles on it!
