I was referred to here by my sister and brother in law for they only buy Toyota’s and from here. Right off the bat in the lot I was greeted kindly. Explained to Chase Stockdale what I really wanted and never felt rushed or felt like I was a burden to him or wasting his time. Saw the car I wanted and he got to work. All that I encountered working there were so kind and so helpful. Thank you for that and am completed satisfied with my choice of vehicle and price.

Over many years I have owned at leadt 5 vehicles from this dealer. I most appreciate that they treat an elderly woman with respect and treat me as though I am a capable car owner. Their service department is great. I have absolutely no complaints.

I have purchased two vehicles from Colonial Toyota in the past 6 years. Working with Jason Vaughn, a salesman there was a pleasure, just the opposite of the horror stories normally associated with buying a car. I strongly recommend seeing Jason before your next automotive purchase.

They were great. When I bought the Honda it included some free benefits. Oil change, tire rotation and they checked all fluids and filled if needed. And I didn't have to wait long.🙂

Lonnie Hughes is the best mechanic around. If he was not there I would go somewhere else. Service manager Chuck is always courteous and thorough with my vehicles.

I just purchased my new-to-me 2022 Subaru Forester Wilderness from Colonial in Indiana, PA, and it's the exact customer experience both my brother and my mother had when they purchased their cars there: incredibly quick, incredibly pain-free (as far as car buying can be), and incredibly fair. The entire team was respectful of my time and energy, refraining from wasting it on hollow conversation and endless back-and-forth haggling. They were also completely honest and transparent in finding the right price for both of us. My salesperson, Shon, wasn't pushy at all and asked the right kind of questions. I really appreciated this collaborative approach.
