You guys suck!

You guys suck! Rafty sold me a Chevy Tahoe with a slipping transmission and didn't tell me about it & does not want to give me a refund. I will never do business with you all again. Y'ALL HAVE RUINED MY LIFE!!!!!

Great experience

The sales staff were very friendly and knowledgable. We were guided through the buying process by Joaquin who made the paperwork side of things very clear and manageable.

Glad I did not waste my time with them.

Glad I did not waste my time with them. Yes, all the sleezy tricks were attempted but I stuck to my guns. I don't let them go back and forth to their manager. I tell them they have one chance and one chance only. They then try to call me over and over. DO NOT PICK UP THE PHONE when they call. Starting at 5K over MSRP is ridiculous. Use this against them and walk out. Do not give them a counteroffer since they have not made you a legit offer. So glad I did not buy from them..... read the reviews....they can't all be wrong.

Best car dealer I have ever worked with!

The salesperson (Anai) was very helpful and accommodating. She went out of her way to understand my needs and expectations. She provided a human touch to what can otherwise be a stressful process. She was available whenever I had questions and went out of her way to make sure that Honda city could offer me the best service and deal possible on a new vehicle. I was browsing cars with other dealers as well but in the end I chose Honda city because how dedicated, respectful, considerate, and disciplined she was. Thank you Anai for your hard work!
