Bianchi Honda boasts an impressive inventory and exceptional responsiveness from their sales department. I had a positive experience signing a lease deal with them, although I found the financial explanation of the deal and the final pricing a bit confusing. This aspect could have been clearer.

Great dealership to do business with.

Great dealership to do business with. Have never dealt here before and now I am sorry I haven’t. Salesman Gab was very low pressure and easy to work with, took the time to answer every question and show non tech people how things work. Finance was just as accommodating and explained everything thoroughly. We recommend Bianchi to family and friends.

Dan Milhisler was great at helping me find the car that fit my needs. Knowledgeable and very patient through the process. Lennon Askew, one of the finance managers was also quite helpful securing me with the lowest interest rate he could get. All the staff are top notch! The staff, especially Logan, were very knowledgeable and

The staff, especially Logan, were very knowledgeable and helpful. The experience was the best it could have been. There was only one situation, my car had been in an accident and the part was not available for an extended amount of time so I was unable to have my car inspected. Once it was replaced, this was scheduled but was no longer covered as a free inspection (in the first 2 years). We did spend a bit of money on tire and alignment so that would have helped and made a difference. The manager that day was not budging- that would have made an impact had he honored the inspection as the delay was out of our hands.

We believe what you are referring to is the complimentary oil change via Honda Service Pass which, for your vehicle, is only valid for 24 months or 24,000 miles from the delivery date (whichever occurs first). Unfortunately, your Service Pass had already expired by the time your vehicle was recently in for service. Honda will not honor the Service Pass benefits after expiration even if it is 1 day or 1 mile past – no exceptions. Our dealership is unable to mitigate the terms of the Service Pass because it is a national program through corporate Honda. We certainly appreciate your understanding and are glad you enjoyed an overall pleasant experience with us. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Service! I had a great experience buying a used vehicle from Honda Bianchi. The staff was friendly and helpful. Later, I noticed a minor issue with the driver-side window, and they fixed it quickly at no cost. Really impressed with their after-sales support. Highly recommend!
