I was interested in looking at jeep Cherokees and saw your ad on cars.com so I submitted my name and contact information but I am only looking

I found a CRV-EX L on their web site that we were interested in. Requested the E-price. They promptly called the next morning to give us the price. We went to see it & test drive it. Fell in love with it and got a good deal.

Good and knowledgeable salesman, large amount of vehicles for sale and we found the one that was just right for us. Got a good deal.

We went to a couple local dealerships to look at a new CRV and get pricing with trading in our 2016 CRV. A friend of mine had told me about the deals at Bianchi so we made the drive to Erie from Slippery Rock to see what kind of deal we could get. The deal and the experience were both great. We saved over $2,100 by traveling a little north. Shaun Reynolds was great to work with and our new 2018 CRV is awesome. We would highly recommend Bianchi to anyone!.

There is a great selection of vehicles. Salesman and all others were very friendly. We were kept aware of everything during the process and kept comfortable. Our car was presented in great condition, clean with a full tank of gas, and all the features explained to us.

The inventory is amazing and the salesman was able to easily give us a selection of cars that fit our budget and needs. The salesman was honest and informative, and never made us feel pressured. I would have like to have had more information regarding the options for insurances (i.e. gap insurance), warranty options, and other services (auto butler). This was our second car bought at Bianchi and we will likely go there for my next one as well!

Great deal. Nice and knowledgeable sales representative. Responsive and interested in you getting the deal that you wanted. Owner check in on me 3-4 times to make sure that I was happy.

Great experience for us, was pretty busy inside but we were helped quickly. The finance department was running slowly but the reasoning was understandable so we didn’t mind. In the mean time there were plenty of drinks and snacks! Would recommend this dealership highly.

Best car buying experience ever. It was a very relaxed, friendly atmosphere. The whole staff was friendly and helpful to us and to each other.

After being a loyal Ford owner for 20 years, I'm trying Honda. Never drove one until very recently. Walked into the dealership and was greeted immediately. Dave was like family that I had not met (as not to violate the terms of use WE ARE NOT RELATED). We grew up very close to each other. His uncle was a teacher of mine. I took his cousin to prom. I know about cars. He NEVER acted like he knew more than me. I want to pull the dipsticks and crawl under a car. He could explain everything in my "old school" ways. From the pressing the start button without your foot on the break petal is turning the key back, to the EVAP valve being the new PCV valve. On the second drive the check engine light came on. I immediately returned to the dealership. Dave made sure the service department got me in to read the code before they closed. I wish I could tag the service dept. personnel, but I did not catch their names. After leaving and unnamed Ford dealer an hour south of Erie, I want my next car from Bianchi Honda. My only complaint is that the fabric on the center console still had spots on it. Nothing a little scrubbing did not fix. THANKS Dave!
