On Monday March 27th 2017 I traded my old lease in for a new 2017 Honda Accord. I was really nervous because I was over mileage and also was 4 months ...early before my lease was up. I didn't know what to expect and was afraid I would have to pay a lot for being over mileage on my vehicle. Well after talking to Antonio Stapp and figuring out the numbers, he advised me it would be best to have 45,000 miles on this lease instead of the 36,000 miles I chose last time. Also I got to pay the same payment plan as I did the last lease I had. I was thrilled. Antonio was such a huge help and I will never go anywhere else for another vehicle as long as I'm alive and can drive. I'm so impressed with with everyone that works there. While I was waiting for Antonio to get back from running an errand (he wasn't sure I was coming that day- I surprised him) there were so many people that came up to me asking if I've been waited on. Everyone is so helpful and courteous. I recommend to all of my friends and family about Bianchi Honda. I tell them about the service and how helpful everyone is. I will never buy a vehicle or lease a vehicle from anywhere else. I just want to thank you all, especially Antonio Stapp for everything.
My wife and mother have leased vehicles from Josh over the past two years. I cannot say enough about how accommodating, patient and honest he was thro...ugh the whole experience. I am actually looking forward to the end of our current lease agreement o possible work with him again. I was a loyal customer of another local dealer until we came to Bianchi in 2016, now I am not considering going anywhere else.
My car was totaled when it was hit by a drunk driver. I felt the honda pilot kept me and my family safe. That was why i bought another Honda Pilot. ... I dealt with Mike Clement when I bought the Honda that was wrecked in the accident. He did right by us thats why I went and seen him when I had to get another one. Mike set me up with Brian McWilliams. Brian was very kind, an courteous. He helped me and my husband find the right pilot. I would like to thank Brian and Mike for all their help. This is the second vehicle i bought at Bianchi and would go back again. An would recommend them to all my friends. Great job Brian McWilliams and Mike Clement.

This past Monday I took my 2015 CR-V in for oil change and state inspection. While waiting I spoke to Bill Donor , he had sold me a new 2011 and my 2...015 CR-V. I said my wife had liked the Molten Lava color on the 2017 CR-V. Bill said he had one, so I drove it and concluded the 2017 had many new features over my 2015. Bill gave me a reasonable offer and I countered with a few add ons and an out the door price. After review with my wife I called Bill and said if you can give me the add ons and out the door price, we will buy. A few minutes later Bill called and said it is a deal. A pretty painless process and our third CR-V from Bianchi. We got a hand shake and congrats from Jason Porreco who remembered us from prior deals.

Lennon did not hesitate setting up and connecting my mobile phone in my car. He was very patient and kind. After trying several times without success..., he turned the phone completely off and started all over again. It finally worked that time.
