We first went to Ciocca to take a look at a used Odyssey. While we liked the feel of the vehicle it was lacking some features we wanted. Matt was great... in taking note of what we wanted specifically, and said he'd keep his eyes open. Within a couple days he followed up with a newer Odyssey at another of their dealerships. He was able to get it delivered the next day (during the first snowstorm of the season!), we checked it out, and purchased it from him. It was a great experience all around, and he worked quickly to help us out!

We were looking to have our car inspected at the end of the month. I looked on Ciocca's service website and was amazed to find openings for the next... day. I completed the online appointment and got a confirmation email a few minutes later. I was able to bring my wife's 2017 Accord in bright and early and they completed the safety, emissions, and multipoint inspections in about 45 minutes. It was good to get a clean bill of health for our vehicle and everyone was prompt and friendly. I always enjoy drinking tea and surfing the net in Cioacca's comfortable waiting area. Thanks guys. Kudos for working so hard to get all those inspections done at the end of the month. It was a great experience as always. Rob F.
Jeff Romero was extremely helpful in every way. He was patient while we dealt with a couple of unexpected snags (e.g. unfreezing my credit report). I haven't... purchased a vehicle in 11 years and was somewhat overwhelmed with all the features. Jeff reviewed all the controls and features to make sure I knew what they were and how to use them. He spent hours giving me a remarkable car buying experience. I would highly recommend him as the sales consultant to buy a new car from.

Jason is hands down one of the best Sales Rep at Ciocca Honda. We went in for our routing servicing and left as owners of a new 2018 Honda CRV. Jason was... such a professional who displays genuine concern for his clients. He was not focused on closing a sale, nor did he try to recommend a vehicle that did not meet our needs. Rather he listened to all we had to say, from the vehicle type and features to what our budget was like. Jason was knowledgeable and honest in his sales pitch and we found it easy to trust his recommendation.

I went into Ciocca looking at a specific car. They had the car all ready. Jesse was my salesman and was very friendly and helpful. He wasn't pushy like... some car salesman are. He is a true car guy and knows a lot about the cars.

I went to 15 different Honda Dealerships within 3 states (Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania). My salesman, Jason Hlavaty, was hands down the most helpful... and knowledgeable person I had met through the entire experience. If all of the Honda dealerships could employee more people like him and the team at Ciocca Honda, it would easily take the entire company to the next level of customer service and sales.
Matt was great. He bent over backwards to meet our needs. But the total time spent was too long due to attempt by finance to get us to buy extended warranty....

I bought my first Honda from Matthew Buller this year and I was very pleased with his professionalism. The car was missing it???s manual and he was very... quick in finding me one -now I just need to read it! I feel very confident that if I needed to call on Matt for any situation he would be prompt with a response.
