2018 Jeep buying experience
Top notch buying experience. I've been servicing my Chrysler here for 4 years. Excellent service department. So when I was in the market to buy a Jeep it was an easy choice to come here. Craig Sabarese put us in a 2018 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. He was a straight shooter and easy to work with. Traded my Chrysler 200C and drove away with my new Jeep in just a few hours.

Craig is a stand up guy
I had an incredible experience at Schumacher this weekend. I can't say enough about Craig and his honesty and integrity. At no point did I feel like this was a typical car dealership, where you are accosted and end up with a vehicle you do not want. He went above and beyond and helped me get a passenger vehicle for my growing family. He made me feel like family and was accommodating to my needs. I am glad I met Craig and will be bringing my family to him, that's how much I trust him.

Unannounced Visit
I arrived unannounced at the service entrance where I was met by the very knowledgeable, smiling and professional Service Mgr, Doreen. Although I appeared without an appointment, Doreen was more than willing to help me resolve my mechanical concerns. She quickly wrote up the service slip and had my vehicle in a bay shortly there after. Approx. 45 minutes and 2 cappachinos later my vehicle was ready......problem resolved! Can't ask for any better service than that all thanks to Doreen's help and the efficiency & knowledge of their mechanics.

Outstanding customer service from a very knowledgeable staff

Yovonne Felix was very helpful. Went above and beyond to provide excelle t service. The service area was under staffed and backed up. If not Yovonne there would have been cars lined up to federal hiway. Only reason I would return to this dealership is because of hin.

Had an emergency rush job. Despite the Service Department being extremely busy, they had my vehicle ready same day, many hours befire the original time repair estimate. Very happy.
