Avoid This Dealership at All Costs If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased a brand-new $100,000 Dodge Durango Hellcat and with only 2,000 miles on it, it’s already leaking oil. I have brought it back to Shumacher CDJR of Delray Beach three separate times, and they have still not fixed the problem. To make matters worse, during one of these visits they dented my hood and scratched my rear diffuser—on a brand-new six-figure vehicle! This dealership clearly has no respect for their customers, their time, or their vehicles. Buying a car here is a huge mistake, and trusting them with service is even worse. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this dealership.

Can't thank Mark enough for his patience and knowledge when it came to go over all the features. Sometimes difficult for older person but he brought it home. Dealership had good selection, clean and everyone extremely courteous.
