Our Nautilus lease was soon to expire and we went to...

Our Nautilus lease was soon to expire and we went to Schumacher Lincoln in Delray beach and spoke with Steve Petrarca. He was personable, extremely knowledgable and answered all our questions. He worked with us in obtaining a new Nautilus, with the V6 engine which we wanted. Tylyn Meeks, their financial guru, was easy to work with and quickly guided us through the paperwork the next day...truth be told, we could have driven out of the showroom the same day if we wanted to!...These guys are very professional...the "real deal' Howard Lipman

Came in to trade in my Lexus for a Lincoln MKX transaction went smoothly and fairly quick. My salesman David was understanding when I told him my credit was poor. Dave and the finance guy worked it all out , reasonable costs, but got approved. Dave was nice, professional, and honest, transparent all the way. Would recommend!!

Jon was patient, knowledgeable, fair and, above all, did what was required to ensure that our transaction was just what we wanted. We made a mistake by choosing lease over purchase and Jon attempted to dissuade us. We re-visited Schumacher and Tylyn Meeks went way, way above and beyond to modify our transaction and see that we were satisfied and, most importantly, had what was correct. They make it impossible to schedule appointments. Also,...

They make it impossible to schedule appointments. Also, brought my new navigator in with a rattle noise during start, they didn’t diagnose it properly and just assumed it was a factory service that required a reprogramming. It’s still rattling during startup and a quick google search shows this is due to a worn variable cam timing unit that needs replaced. No one followed up with me to make sure the problem was Fixed. Now I have to bring it back in, but the problem is they never answer the phone and make it difficult to get an appointment scheduled. I’ve always owned Escalades in the past and I must say the Delray Cadillac service is superior to what we’ve experienced at Schumacher Lincoln in Delray.
