Good Place to Shop

Enjoyed working with Keystone Ford. They were very supportive as we tried to remove a credit lock on our application. Wasn't real happy about the process for buying service agreements. They didn't make it clear that I was looking at the total monthly payment rather than the cost of the plan (and didn't show what the cost was without any plans)

Like New Again

I dropped it off on a Friday with a list of items to address to ensure it passes PA inspection. I anticipated it would take until Monday and I let them know I didn't need it back and to fix everything it needs. I was called just before closing on Friday that it was done and I could pick it up Saturday morning. I was very pleased with the ride after the repairs (tires, brakes, control arm and ball joint).

EXCELLENT DEALER

Wonderful experience. Our Salesman, Frank Blood, was very informative, professional, courteous and a pure joy to interact with. I would definitely come back to have him as our Salesman. He made the process an exceptional experience. I've never had a Salesman like him before. You can tell he enjoys his job. It always makes a difference.
