Ram owner since 2020. Went into this dealership to handle some paperwork for my Mopar warranty. Salesman offered a drink and a seat. I declined. So called "general manager" Mike pulled me into his office and offered help if I apologized to his salesman. Ridiculous customer treatment. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone and will go out of my way to tell everyone not to buy or have a vehicle serviced there.

2022 New Truck
Took awhile to get truck that was bought in transit. However it was not dealers fault, Mike the GM went above an Beyond to make sure I was taken care of and happy, which I am. The sales guy Dennis did a great job communicating everything the whole time as well an was responsive to text.

We needed to buy a cheap used car. We had horrible credit and a car in not-so-great shape as a trade in and $1k. The sale staff Angie and Billy went above and beyond the call to make it work. We left really satisfied.

DO NOT GO THERE
We got a new truck from this dealership 8/23/21. First, we ran out of gas on the test drive after 1 mile and had to wait for someone to come and put gas in it. Second, the drivers door on the inside looked as though paint was spilled/robot malfunction, and there were a few small nicks in the paint. We still made the deal because their guarantee was that they would repair all of that for him (to include them picking it up from our house and giving him a loaner) because obviously that's a manufacturing issue. Now here we are to November and numerous phone calls later this is still not scheduled yet and no return phone calls. They did however take the time to bully us into giving them 10s on their review that day because anything less is UNACCEPTABLE and they will make it right. We will never ever deal with this scheister dealership. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. I commented on their post earlier and rather than respond they simply deleted it. 4 thumbs way down.
Make your own choice
I'm only writing about my experience. Don't recommend going here, but draw your own conclusion. I went there for an emergency. I ran over a screw on a street and was losing air fast. Couldn't drive to my dealer. I received the car back the next day. 2 days later, I see significant paint damage on my passenger side. Wasn't like that when I dropped it off because it was right where the damaged tire was. I called and took it for them to look at it. Although they claimed they didn't know how it happened there, they fixed it....correctly. I got it back a week later. The next day, I pick up my makeup bag to get some hand sanitizer. There was over $10 in quarters in the bag when I dropped it off. I was left with $3. When I called the service department to complain, I was met with sarcasm. Yes, maybe it was only $7 or a little more. But im a working single mother of 6 who struggled to get where I am and someone was petty enough to get into a makeup bag and take MY money.

I bought a used Buick from them two years ago, and discovered that the car had significant frame damage from a crash which they failed to disclose. The used car manager has evaded my calls. Bunch of unethical liars!
