    Upon looking for, and finding a rather promising used vehicle at the Buchanan dealership, I decided to call the salesman and see if the dealership negotiated. The sales representative explained that everything was negotiable at Buchanan and asked what I had in mind. When I told him what I was offering for the vehicle, he explained that he needed to talk with his manager and get back to me--which he did in good order. I was told the manager would not approve my deal, and I kindly proceeded to bid the salesman a good day. However, after several minutes of tongue rattling, the salesman said, and I quote "right now you're just a voice over the phone. However, if you come in and show REAL interest we can work a deal out." I explained what I was willing to pay, and I said I would go no further. He said that's fine, just come on down. I said that I would only come down (a 45-minute drive for me) if this would not be a waste of my time, gas and effort. He reassured me that it would not be, and so I agreed to drive down. After driving 45 minutes and wasting my valuable time and gas, it turns out that it was nothing more than an utter and absolute waste of my time. Buchanan never had any attention of giving me the deal and they knew it all along; however, they still lied to get me in the door, and blatantly wasted my time. My question is why? I wasn't going to budge on my offer--and they knew it well in advance, but they still wasted my time. I know that this was all a ploy to get me in the door, but is that really Buchanan's business policy? I have been to other dealships around the area, and none have been so blatant about messing their customers around. When I called around before Buchanan and asked if places negotiated their prices, most simply said no and that was that. So if Buchanan had no intention of negotiating with me, why mess with your customer and make them angry? This simply must be the way this place does business, and I implore nobody to go to this dealship unless they like being messed around with.

    Everyone there was very welcoming and easy to work with, Robbie was very helpful and helped me an 18 year old get a brand new 2017 Jeep Wrangler. The whole process went very fast we went in Thursday night and came back Friday and picked it up, they really know what they are doing at Buchanan.

    I bought my last new car in 2003. I loved my car and through ALOT of miles and 3 accidents, I always thought I would buy another one just like it. UNTIL I saw the Jeep Renegade. I wanted a Renegade in the worst way. Unfortunately, we have a rough couple years and I didn't think it would ever happen. But we decided to look and see what kind of pricing we were looking at. I am not a big fan of most dealerships because as a woman, I usually get treated...well...like a girl. We had already been to a dealership in Hagerstown. We told the Salesperson we were not ready to buy yet. Don't call us...we'll call or come in when we are ready. He called before we got home and then every day for 2-3 weeks. We talked to Robbie Veil one evening and basically had the same conversation. He was fine with that, gave us his card and said he'd talk to us when we were ready....and he is a man of his word. So when we were finally ready to go, my husband called Robbie and told him we would be up the next evening. When we got there, Robbie was with customers and had Laura Zahos help us with the details and pricing. We had talked about leasing and we had concerns because of the "old school" leases and the horror stories to go with them. Laura was great and explained everything, took us for a test drive and gave us the pricing on the Renegade we were looking at. When Robbie was finished that evening, he apologized and we told him not to worry. We weren't going to be ready to do anything until the following week. Finally the day came and we got to the dealership right at closing, but these guys came out and told us to come in. Our credit was not great, so when the first round of financing was done, things were not looking good. Max Million was awesome and worked some kind of magic and got it done for us. The Renegade was sitting in front of the window and I walked over to look at it, still doubting that this was really going to happen. Robbie said the best thing anyone could have said at that moment..."Lara...it's ok...it's yours, you can smile" I haven't stopped smiling since. I LOVE MY JEEP RENEGADE!!! This was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Everyone at Buchanan is great. Just because we were not their customer didn't mean they didn't interact with us. By the time I drove out of the lot, I felt like part of the family. Also, Robbie is Fabulous when he going through all the bells and whistles of the vehicles. Not only did he explain everything...patiently...but he also gave great tips for safety if anything bad were ever to happen. I would recommend Buchanan to anyone!! I love these people and they truly are my heros!!!

    Robbie was easy to work with and continued to assist us with looking for the right color of vehicle we were looking for. We finally decided on a make a color and the purchase was made easy with Robbie's preparation. Mike in finance is always prepared and ready to assist with the purchase by completing the financing paperwork ahead of time and makes the process smooth and complete.

    I have been to many dealerships and just didn't feel right. I was turned away plenty of times, but when Laura couldn't make it work for me the first time, she continued to talk with me. It took a couple months, but Laura continued to reach out to me. I was then able to get the car I have always wanted and I couldn't thank her enough for all her hard work!

    Worked mainly with Robbie and some with Frank. Although it took a while the first evening to reach agreement they worked to get the payment acceptable and we came back the next day to pick it up. Since the van had new features the other one did not, they were very patient in spending the time to go over everything thoroughly.

    We went into the dealership, just to inquire about the possibilities when our lease was up, 5 months hence. Their knowledge of their inventory and all the features of the various cars was exceptional. They could answer all our questions. While we were looking at cars and driving our chosen one, they checked on our current leasing arrangement and what it would cost to go to the 2017 trail blazer that we took for a test drive. When we returned from the test drive (10 minutes),they had everything laid out. We leased a new car in the space of 2 hours and drove away in the newly leased car. Service was exceptional throughout. We went back the next morning because we left something in our old car. . The representative we were dealing with the previous evening was busy, but another representative stepped up immediately, programmed our phone, helped with a few more set up details. The staff is very helpful

    I called first to check out if they had what I was looking for a white four door jeep Sahara and I talked to Frank and he was very kind and I knew I was in search of a new vehicle but with my schedule and personal things going on in my life wasn't sure when I could make it up so he did not keep bugging me with phone calls which I liked we would keep in touch and finally I had a day I could go up and of course Frank was off that day so we meant with Eric and I could not make up my mind I went in for a four door but they had a two door in show room that I really loved and we worked with Max and Chuck and they offered us to take the four door home and see what we thought since I had a two door but we didn't take home but went home thought about it and decided I didn't want either one of the white ones because I really wanted a hard top all one color so I called Eric that evening and told him I decided on the four door Sahara Rhino color by surprise so he had it all cleaned up next day and we make the deal,I just want to say thanks for the great team Frank,Eric,Max,Chuck and Mike for their customer service very well taken care of I would recommend this dealership for they were patient,kind and got me in a vehicle that works perfect for me
