Tried to sell me 4 Tires I didn't need

Tried to sell me 4 new tires I didn't need when I left my car there for service. GM didn't seem to care.

Storage Charge after 20 years

I dropped my car off for service as I was leaving town. Called back to see what was needed, and they told me I needed 4 new tires. Odd, since I bought a new tire a year ago and drive less than 5000 miles a year. Told them just to do what was needed. Not the tires. Picked up my car after hours, and the battery was dead. Plus they charged me $75 for storage. Been doing business with that franchise for 20 years. No more. p.s. Went to Tires Plus. Both tech and manager looked at the tires and said they were not needed. There is your answer for the service provided.

Holman Honda employees treated me and my father with all kindness and respect it was .A super excellent car buying experience. Eric Gent was my salesman and Kelly Hanlin did the financing . I would recommend this Honda dealer to my friends and family thank you . Ron K.

Great service department horrible new car sales.

My wife and I had a terrible experience when purchasing a 2014 Accord .....we have been buying Honda for 25 years and never had such a negative experience

BUYING A CAR NEVER SEEMED SO EASY!

The staff is great; however, i have to give most of the xxxxxxto my salesperson "Adrian" since he made my experience so efficient, enjoyable and fast. He is very straight forward, he will not let you buy a car that does not fit you! Go see him for advice and more, you wont regret it! Love this dealer!

Treated me like a person

This dealership was amazing! I never went into a car dealership and felt like the people actually cared about what I wanted. The sale was very straight-forward and honest. I drove away with my dream car.

Worthless Warranty Bad Dealership

HOLMAN HONDA DOES NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY BAD DEALERSHIP CONCEALED DEFECTS ARE IGNORED DEFECTS IN THE PAINT ON 2015 FITS CAN ONLY BE SEEN WHEN VIEWED AT EYE LEVEL FROM AN ANGLE. PAINT LOOKS OK STANDING UP, AND LOOKING STRAIGHT AT CAR BUT THE PAINT IS DEFECTIVE HOLMAN AND HONDA REFUSE TO ADMIT THE PAINT IS DEFECTIVE HONDA AND HOLMAN SAY 'WE DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE PAINT BUT LIKE SAY CHILD SAY "WE DID NOT DO IT RECOMMEND YOU TRY ANOTHER DEALERSHIP OR PURCHASE A TOYOTA IF YOU MUST HAVE A HONDA GET DETAILS ABOUT THE WARRANTY AND HAVE AN EXPERT CAREFULLY INSPECT THE CAR.

OUR FIRST CR-V PURCHASE!!

Dr. Bill is one of the best sales people we have ever encountered. Right from test driving the 2014 CR-V, to explaining the difference between the 2014 and 2015 models - not only did Bill make the process of buying the vehicle a breeze; he also went to great lengths to explain the options, the accessories, and the technology in the vehicle. His personal hand written follow up/ thank you note, and phone calls after the sale was done to ensure we were happy with the vehicle was also very comforting and pleasing. Holman Honda secured the JUST OUT IN THE MARKET 2015 Mountain Air Metallic Blue CR-V EX-L (exactly what we needed) within 48 hours, and ensured that we did not compromise in any way with the exact choice of vehicle that we wanted. Kelly at finance was very precise and clear in explaning us the various insurance options and in quickly doing the paperwork.
