    I have had a wonderful experience with Lancaster Toyota. Living in NJ I purchased my RAV4 near Philly 2 years earlier having all the service done there. Later when I noticed paint above the windshield bubbling and peeling I took it to the dealership to see what they might do / suggest and was immediately 'put down and dismissed'. So much for a good business experience. Ugh! Later when moving to Lancaster area I visited Lancaster Toyota for PA inspection / registration. I asked them if they might look at paint that was peeling. Without hesitation, I was told "That is a paint defect, and not a problem you created. Let me see what Toyota can do". I was treated with respect and politeness even though I had never been there before. I was told 2 days later by Steve Plank that Toyota would cover the costs for paint repair as their way of demonstrating customer appreciation. I asked "Are you serious?!". I shared with Steve my earlier experience where I had purchased the RAV4. I also shared if this is the way Lancaster Toyota treats customers I knew where I was going to get my next used car (I had been looking for one to replace an older second car). Three days later I purchased my second RAV4 from Lancaster Toyota...and was pleased with the price and selection of the vehicle. Lancaster Toyota not only has a good product but treat people with respect. When I picked up my wife's RAV4 that had the paint defect corrected I was glad to show Steve my second RAV4, and told him where I got it. :-) From Lancaster Toyota. I am a VERY satisfied customer.

    I bought a 2017 Toyota Corolla XLE at Lancaster Toyota because of the many years of experience with them. Jon French was my salesman and he was very friendly and patient with me in answering all my questions and concerns I had toward purchasing this new car. After negotiating the price of the car, Lancaster Toyota was willing to go to New Jersey to get the color and features I waned in this particular car. After I took delivery of the car Jon took his time to explain to me the features that this car has. Jon French however was not the only one who wanted a happy and satisfied customer. The day I put the deposit down to get the car Jon was sick and another salesman by the name of Logan Hutton filled in for Jon. Again, Mr Hutton was great to deal with, he was very friendly and personal. Most importantly, I would like to give credit to Mr Rick Price who is the General Manager and Mr John Green who is the Senior Sales Manger at Lancaster Toyota for all their help toward the purchase of our new car. I can say I was not easy to deal with as a customer. They were willing to go the extra mile for me, working behind the scenes on my deal. No doubt there were others who were involoved as well. However, my point is that without this "team" at Lancaster Toyota I would not have this new car today. Thank you Mr Price and Mr Green and to everyone else who made this new car purchase a happy experience. I must also say their service department is outstanding as well. I look forward to having my car service their in the future. How would I sum up buying a new car at Lancaster Toyota? "It was a home run."
