My wife was set on purchasing a new Toyota Avalon. A friend recommended she look at a used Avalon also as they recently had an excellent experience purchasing... a used car at Lancaster Toyota. The salesperson did not treat me with kindness and I am not sure why. Come to find out the manager use profanity with their employees and make them feel... like fools...obviously this trickles down to the employees. I make the mistake of going near the managers office and overheard them talking to my sales guy with horrible disrespect. I had to get out of here.
Doug Deibler is absolutely fantastic at what he does. I had a poor experience at another dealership and because of the amazing work Lancaster Mazda service... center did on me and my wife's Mazda's, I knew I wanted to go back to Lancaster Used Cars when I needed to purchase a car. From start of finish the process was smooth. Any question I had he was very prompt with answering. This is where Doug and the team is above the rest! I had an issue about 2 weeks after I had my Toyota. The battery died and was most likely low at the time of purchase. This is something that is tough to test for before purchase. No questions asked when I called! I received the check for the battery in 3 days. The test of a good person and a good dealership is not when everything is right, it is when things go wrong. And Doug and the team passed with flying colors. My wife's car is due to have a lease upgrade at the end of the year and I know exactly where I will be going. You will forever have my business.
Was treated really well and all service was explained in detail and the price quote was straight up! Ttoyoya offers up free snacks,free water,free coffee... and really clean bathrooms .
