Clean facility, prompt service, knowledgable .

I recently purchased a 2014 Rav4 from Lancaster Toyota, Mazda, Scion in East Petersburg Pa. I would definitely recommend them if you are considering a new or used vehicle. I dealt with Aaron Galmarini and Donald Nolt. They were very kind, friendly, courteous.

Great Buying Experience

We had an excellent experience at Lancaster Toyota Mazda on Memorial Day. From the moment we walked on the lot, Rick Hershey was there to answer questions for us and help us to find the right vehicle for our needs. Rick went the extra mile for us to make everything acceptable to us, and we are grateful for all he did to help us. He made the purchasing of our Toyota Highlander a really good experience!

I purchasd a new mazda 3 from josh wright he was very friendly and helpful so where all the managers, also they have a very nice and clean facilities

Found what I was looking for!!!

Mike Forney very courteous and easy to talk to. Everyone easy to deal with, no high pressure. Will come back again if looking for another vehicle!

Great Service, awesome car!

I just bought my first car after graduating college, and the service that Elliott Edison provided was very helpful! He covered everything we needed to know without overwhelming us and left us with an awesome car!

2015 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring Purchase

My Salesperson was Doug Deibler. Great Service very knowleadgeble personnel. I would definetly recomend this Dealiship to my friends. Really loved our Salesperson Doug very thorough very detailed and answered all of our questions. We never felt any pressure which was the greatest expereince. Thank you so much Doug!!!!

Leased third Toyota

Not the best first impression. We were asked to come back later. However, upon talking to the sales manager, Rick Regan, this was resolved by having the top sales person help us! Judy Tucker did an outstanding job keeping up informed along the way.

Overall Great Experience

My dad and I went to Lancaster Mazda last weekend so that I could purchase my first new car. I endeduup buying a 2014 Mazda 6. So far one of the best choices I've made. The car runs ssmoothly and has all the features I hoped for. The service we received couldn't have been better. Josh Wright was our salesman. He was so friendly and helpful. He made my first time car buying experience enjoyable. The staff was knowledgeable and it was clear that customer service was important to them. I would recommend this dealership, salesman and vehicle to anyone!
