Autohaus is a family owned store located in beautiful scenic and historic Lancaster PA. We stock a huge inventory of new Volkswagens Porsches and Audis. We also stock factory-certified pre-owned vehicles plus a constantly rotating selection of alternate brand used cars.

Discovered my "next" car on the Autohaus website - 5 1/2

Discovered my "next" car on the Autohaus website - 5 1/2 hours away from home. Reached out to inquire about its availability and Hernan Diaz-Egg responded quickly. Hernan then work with me over the phone, primarily via text, to finalize the deal. They took my deposit while I was on route to the dealership. I explained to Hernan that I would like to be in and out of the dealership quickly as we had a long ride back home. He immediately began working with the Finance Manager, Laurie Pearson and when I arrived 97% of all that had to be done was done. I was in and out of the dealership within an hour. This was an excellent experience and Hernan and Laurie providing an outstanding customer oriented process.

Hernan was very responsive and highly professional.

Hernan was very responsive and highly professional. We connected on line, he even respond to a Sunday afternoon text- above and beyond my expectations. He represented the dealerships interest, but clearly worked for a mutually agreeable transaction. The transaction and paperwork was well-organized and he moved us through the process as painlessly as possible. I will certainly consider Hernan for future automotive needs.

Hernan was helpful and pleasant to deal with in my used

Hernan was helpful and pleasant to deal with in my used vehicle purchase. I had a done a lot of research and knew what I was looking for, and he was able to answer my questions and work out a deal with me for a fast, low-stress purchase. The finance department was easy to work with, and I was surprised they were able to get me a lower rate than my own bank had offered. Happy with my newly purchased vehicle thus far and hope to have an ongoing great experience with it.

This was our first experience with Audi Autohaus

This was our first experience with Audi Autohaus Lancaster and the entire team has set the bar for all other auto dealers. The entire staff was extremely professional, patient and very responsive to our needs, concerns and questions. Our sales person was Hernan Diaz-Egg Audi Brand Specialist a true professional, with exceptional follow up and full knowledge of the vehicles. We would be remiss if we didn’t mention other individuals we had the privilege of working with all of whom were extremely professional and passionate about their business - Colin Dibble (Sales Manager), John Wade (General Sales Manager), Laurie Pearson (Finance Manager), and Cameron (Tech Advisor) and Kyle (Service Advisor). A great time at Autohaus,Lancaster.

A great time at Autohaus,Lancaster. I had an great visit to Autohaus,to purchase a new Audi. Was never there before,drove two hours & it was well worth the trip ! Hernan,aka,H,could not have been a better rep. A great guy & very knowledgable.The whole staff there were easy to deal with.I would definitely recommend H & the dealership to anyone & I would go there again !

BUYER BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a Porsche 911 and had it shipped to Scottsdale, AZ from Lancaster, PA. This is my thirteenth Porsche that I have purchased from seven different Porsche dealerships around the country and the Lancaster (Autohaus) Porsche group is by far the worst I have ever experienced. Everything was fine until the car arrived in Arizona. From the time it was unloaded from the carrier, it was one issue after another. To begin with the car was leaking coolant right away when it was unloaded. The second issue was that the sun roof did not work at all. This car was sold and shipped confirming from the RO report that the car was in great working order. In addition, I had Lancaster Porsche (at my own expense) put all new Michelin tires on the car but when it arrived one of the "new" tires was stamped as a three year old tire. For all of you Porsche enthusiasts you know that tires will age out so they decided to put old stock on my vehicle...doesn't make sense and this is exactly why I had them changed out. I went around and around with the management team at Lancaster Porsche and let me tell you that Joe Dwyer the GM and Chad Block the Sales Manager are terrible just absolutely horrible with customers. They wouldn't return phone calls and pushed me off to Justin Van Aulen the Service Manager who was terrific but had no ability to make any decisions. So almost $4000 later I now have a functional 911 and have a great dealership in North Scottsdale Porsche that knows what they are doing. They fixed the coolant pump, fixed the sun roof (which they clearly stated would have come up in the RO report if it were tested) and told me that Porsche would never approve of mismatched tires for manufacturer dates on a complete tire change. Lancaster Porsche shipped a non-functional car to me and claims that it was sold "As-Is" but according to my attorneys they are ignoring the state law in PA that a Warranty of Merchantability clearly states that a dealership is liable for selling a car claiming that it is in working order and clearly this one was not. I have filed a formal complaint with Porsche Cars of North America (PCNA) and with the parent company of Porsche AG in Stuttgart and plan to take all actions with Lancaster Porsche for this complete lack of honesty and trust that they have demonstrated. This dealership is a disgrace to the Porsche brand and does not deserve to carry the brand at their dealership. I believe that Porsche will see these issues through the same lens.

After having a horrible experience at my local Audi

After having a horrible experience at my local Audi dealer in Reading I stopped in Autohaus in Lancaster. I was greeted by Hernan who actually listened to what I told him. While I went in looking for an off lease Q7 I left in a 2025 Certified Q7. Hernan was professional the whole way, understood my needs and was very communicative throughout the process. I’d recommend him and Autohaus to anyone looking for an Audi.
