From pulling into the dealership for service, you have people that greet you and asking how can they help. Setting you up with a remote buzzer, and checking a monitor to show the status of how far your vehicle is for completion. Also no pressure Sales! Your team are good listeners. good guys and a good deal

todd was friendly and even tought he sold me the car we asked for chad because that's who sold my friend his new truck he put chad down as the sales man to me they are good guys not just there for the money they for selling a car

Excellent service,Very polite

I had recently taken my 2012 Tacoma to my local dealership (Motorworld) in Wilkes-Barre for service on my A.C. They basically told me they were not going to honor the factory warranty and to take it to the dealership i purchased it. I phoned Aubrey Alexander and NO ISSUES not even with a loaner vehicle.Problem fixed, VERY HAPPY customer... I will return and refer any and everybody here. Excellent facility. Great employees!

I've purchased at least 4 cars from Aubry Alexander Toyota prior to yesterday. Yesterday I purchased another, a RAV4, which I anticipate will be much safer during the Winter months in our area of N Central PA. I was impressed with our sales person(Bill Stafferoni), he did a great job as always. I enjoy return visits for maintenance as well, always proficient and timely, which is important to many people

Great experience buying a 2015 Prius

Our 2007 Prius was hit by another driver and I needed a replacement car quickly. I had a good quote from a competing dealership (where we had bought several cars) but wanted to give Aubrey Alexander a try given that we had bought the 2007 Prius there. I walked into Aubrey Alexander after 7:00 PM on a Thursday night and was introduced to Todd Newcomber by Mike the Sales Manager. I saw his Prius inventory (which was good) then sat down to see if it was possible to buy there instead at the competitor as I had planned when I walked into the door. Todd's and Mike's friendly and professional attitude and their ability to beat the competitor's price resulted in me buying a 2015 Prius Two from them that night. The car was delivered to our house 12 miles away by a very friendly and professional Aubrey Alexander employee named Steve the next afternoon. I was delighted with the entire process and would recommend Todd, Mike and Aubrey Alexander Toyota to a friend.

Completely professional staff

Not only was the salesman courteous, cordial and competent but all aspects of the shopping and buying process were handled with complete professionalism. I knew what I wanted, they had it and the deal was closed in short order. I left with my new vehicle in minimum time with no hassle. I am a happy customer and will highly recommend this salesman and this dealership to everyone interested in a pleasant buying experience.

Buying a car

Overall process was excellent. One problem was paperwork took too long. We were there three hours just to purchase a car. A lot of sitting & waiting for more paperwork & trying to sell extra coverage to us. Did not appreciate the extra time consumed. Did like the courtesy of the salesmen who helped us.
