i usually don,t write reviews but my car buying...

i usually don,t write reviews but my car buying experience was exceptional. My salesman Jim Oravek was great. i used to be in the car sales business ,first of all when i talked to Jim on the phone he told me that used cars don,t stay on the market for long and i should come in ASAP i know the used car market is crazy hot now, i decided to leave early for work to take a look at the car a used 2008 honda accord.. What i really liked about him was he said let me get your licence make a copy and take a test drive to see if i loved the car before we go any further, most dealerships will ask for your social security number at this point they will run your credit and insist its a soft inquiry xxxxxxxx its always dings your credit score.i told Jim the car was ok lets do it.I actually thought i might have to go to one of these BEND OVER pay here places with my credit score.TO my surprise Faulkner Got me approved at a much better rate than i was expecting 3.99 they did want 500$ More than i Said i was putting but having been in the business i know this happens sometimes they helped out some with that small snafu. I don't know who details their cars but mine was spotless i have bought new cars that were not as clean.By the way Jim if you read this i am ABSOLUTELY loving my newer ACCORD thank you so much for making it happen.bottom line reasons i am happy with my experience # 1 Jim Oravek he was honest he not pushy he was not your typical slick rick salesman.#2 They got me approved at a rate i could afford and did not tack on points on the back end thanks F&I dept.This whole process went like buying a car should i wanted the car they wanted to sell it to me it was a pleasant experience, you don't feel like you went through a 12 round heavy weight title fight.the reason i put average for price is because i know the used market is crazy now and if you see a deal that is too good to be true something is very shady. Over all great buying experience Jim is a true asset to Faulkner"s dealership. Ps i found this car on this website i would have never thought of looking for my honda at Faulkner chevrolet

I can without a doubt say Faulkner service techs do a great job everytime I bring my car in. Everyone in the service department is very kind and courteous. I'm in and out in a timely manner every time I have been there. Great dealership and I hope to be there customer for years to come.

I LOVE MY EQUINOX it was a great experience From the time I walked in the front door. Matt is a true professional. He walk me through the car buying experience . I have to Amit I was a little nervous at first but he made me feel at ease. He showed me everything I need to know about my car. I would recommend him to my friends.

Bought a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan on 11/10/2020. Car had...

Bought a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan on 11/10/2020. Car had body damaged that was unreported. The driver side rear sliding door is crooked, the rear driver side quarter panel is pinched behind the bumper and the rear hatch is crooked and pinched against the tail light on 1 side. All pushed and pinched in the same direction. Also has excessive wind noise as if the doors are not sealed correctly. The response I got from Tim the sales rep was that “some Dodges are built that way”. The response I got from Ryan the used car sales manager “Dodges have excessive wind noise and it’s normal” The car fax was also missing 10,000 miles. I owned the car for 12 hours and I’m extremely unhappy/hate it and the responses I have received. It’s not buyers remorse, I feel like I was lied to and they are just trying to cover it up. Update: they are working with me now to swap the van I bought for a different one of the year/mileage. I will update review when things are finalized. The van they brought in was in worse shape than mine. They did try to fix the door (moved it about 1/2” straighter) but still has wind noise. They test drove it but didn’t hear anything wrong. Van still makes noise when you drive it. Left front tire especially. End result. Did they go out of their way to try and make things better? Yes. Is it better? No. Stuck with a car I dislike for the next 5 years.

recently purchased a 2017 XT5. this is an awesome vehicle. Our salesperson was Sabrina. She is one of most knowledgeable sales people we have ever dealt with. She knew every detail about the XT5. She even drove to the other dealership in Mechanicsburg Pa. to bring the car to Bethlehem. Every aspect of the sale went perfectly.



I was looking for a specific vehicle and model and they had it on the lot! It was a 2019 Ford F-150. I live over an hour away from this dealership and traveled all the way there because over the phone I could tell they were a top of the line team who cared for their customers. The price was also perfect. So I ended up driving away less than 2 hours later ready to go with a shiny new truck! I dealt with Jim O. there.

Helped us make a lifetime memory

Despite the pandemic and the restrictions put in place because of it, saleman Jim Oravec and the people at Faulkner Chevrolet did a great job in helping my oldest son Tyler make his first big automobile purchase --- a 2009 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 pickup. They were always quick to respond to questions and were very knowledgeable on the vehicle and the process in general. The customer service was great, and the detail shop did a great job cleaning up Tyler's truck. Thanks guys!

Service department was a mess from the beginning. I...

Service department was a mess from the beginning. I shouldn't be surprised now. Brought my car in for heating issues and they did NOTHING. Told me that it worked fine. Even when I called the mechanic back to the car and showed him it wasn't working he still tried to tell me that's how it was supposed to work. I've been using the heater for 6 months and that is NOT how it worked. On the way home I also realized my bluetooth no longer worked. I came home and sent an email. POSITIVE they got it because someone called me about making another purchase and when I told him what happened, he said he could see it and someone would be in touch. Waited 2 days and called the service department. The girl was actually very nice and sympathetic. She totally got what I was saying. She was going to talk to the service manager and he'd get back to me. A few days later I sent yet another email. It's been a couple more days and still NOTHING. I'm now trying to contact the owner then CHEVY and then the BBB. I'm now seeing why I got a decent deal on my car but I would have been better off paying more somewhere else. Currently have no bluetooth and heat doesn't work right

They truly know what internet sales are

I was in the market for a new 2019 Colorado zr2.i know what i want when i am buying a car long before i even go to a dealership.I believe that if you know what you want it should be like anything else you buy on the internet.Failkner and internet samlesman Jeff Yates from start to finish where terrific and knew what internet sales are..the whole sale was done on the internet so i didn’t have to spend hours in the showroom..i tried to buy this truck at a few other local dealerships and all they wanted to do was get me on the lot and waste my time..so way to go Faulkner!!


Stay away!!!

My first service on my 18’cadillac they took my car by mistake to a customer as a loaner! At least an apology would be nice.. second service at 16,000 miles my tires are nearly bald!!! They give no satisfaction at all only to tell me I need tires... I owned many cars and this is by far the worst experience by far in 45 yrs of driving... go to another dealer .. it’s almost like they switched my tires the day it was supposedly misplaced after being serviced
