I took my Cadillac Escalade for an oil change here on

I took my Cadillac Escalade for an oil change here on 4/18/25. They did the oil change , filled the fluids , rotated the tires and did an overall check of the whole vehicle nothing was wrong with it , they even gave me a packet showing that it was perfect. A few hours later there’s a loud knocking noise coming from my engine. I called them they took it back and looked at it and said it was my lyfter and it would cost $7,000 to fix, I consulted with a few other mechanics over the phone told them what happened they said absolutely this could of been human error while doing the oil change that caused this. I spoke with the service manager Joe and the president Sam who were no help. Sam was very unprofessional the way he was talking to me and wouldn’t help at all. Even said I was making up conspiracy theories. I took my car to Cadillac because I trust they do good work, now I’m left with a broken car that I don’t have the money to fix. I will be seeking legal action and reporting to the BBB if this is not taken care of. Ironically my car was not in clear view on the cameras per Sam and Joe to see exactly what was done on my car that day.

After 20 years with the same service center, they refused

After 20 years with the same service center, they refused to inspect my car due to a check engine light—ironically caused by their clutch replacement a year or two prior. They couldn’t fix it, said it wouldn’t pass emissions, and left me stranded. Determined to solve the issue, I replaced a faulty sensor myself, but the check engine light persisted. I reached out to PennDOT and discovered their emissions waiver. When I presented it to the original garage, they were clueless about the waiver and still refused to inspect my vehicle. Frustrated, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I phoned multiple service centers, promising that the first one knowledgeable about the emissions waiver would earn my loyalty. Faulkner was my third call, and TJ immediately understood what I was referring to. Within two minutes, he won my trust and my business, and I’ve been loyal to Faulkner ever since. TJ and his team are honest, reliable, and never upsell or inflate costs, making them a rare gem in the industry. As the second owner of this car, I learned that the original owners had it serviced at Faulkner right after purchasing it new from another dealer. Since TJ and his team had been servicing the car from the very beginning and knew it inside and out, it only made sense for me to continue bringing it to Faulkner. Their knowledge and trustworthiness have kept me coming back, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. I am a proud and satisfied customer, and I HIGHLY recommend Faulkner!

My husband was not happy with a gap between the hood &

My husband was not happy with a gap between the hood & fender. He thinks that when they pulled the radiator support they should have pulled it more then you would not have the gap. The job took longer than we thought it take. They had the car almost two weeks. I would recommend them to buy a car through. We always had good experience with purchasing a car. We like to work with Jim.
