When I went into the dealership the next day the salesperson worked with me to find the car I wanted and work out the financing within my budget. Delivery of my new car was prompt and efficient. Overall, my experience at Faulkner was good and I would recommend them to friends.

My 2011 Chevy Cruze started having the check engine light go on and off, off for a while, then back on. took in for service and oil change, it was found that it needed an oxygen sensor and some kind of gasket around coolant system. Repaired within 1 day and even received a loaner for the time without car. Very pleased with Faulkner service..

Faulkner has a great Maintenance and support staff. They greet you with a smile and the mechanics do a top-notch job. While waiting, check out the sales floor but be prepared to have to deal with some of the nicest sales staff--or not. If you let them know you are just looking they won't pester you but will be there if you decide you have questions. KUDOS to all!!
