    Our Ford E-350 developed an intermittent whining noise. I spoke with local mechanic about problem who advised taking vehicle to Koch 33 Ford in Easton.... Did that and the problem was fixed in one day. Superb customer service. Excellent mechanics. Kudos to Tom Bisbing and Steve Myers. 1st rate business ! Thank you.

    car is dangerous to drive. Sways when putting brakes on. Bought for the daughter. Should have gone to another dealer. Was told had an alignment but the... tire is wearing out in the back.

    I would like to start by saying how well I was treated as soon as I walked in their front door. Buying a car there was a real pleasure. Everyone there... is so knowledgeable especially my sales person Jake Ferris. I would highly recommend you make an appointment with him if you are looking for a car. Jakes follow up and always checking to see if I need help or any questions about my new car is way beyond my expectations. So far I am 100% pleased. Shirley M.

    I've had nothing but trouble with Koch 33 Ford. I bought a jeep liberty last summer,which was a fiasco, and had many troubles with that transaction. However,... I called for my 2nd complimentary oil change today, and they tell me it was over back in Aug. They say it is only good for 1 year. I don't need 3 oil changes within a year.!They say every 5,000 miles. Ok, I didn't drive 15, 000 mile with in the year. What kind of complimentary service is that? The first time I got my oil change, the tech didn't tighten the filter, and I lost oil and it sprayed all under my car. After arguing with them, that it was of no fault of my own, they finally decided to fix it and clean up my car. Also gave me a rental so I wouldn't be without my car for the day. I've had nothing but bad relations with this dealer, and I will never give them my business again. There is to much to write, so I will just leave it with my simple oil change issue.

    Don’t know where to begin but I’ll try to make this short. Bought my Toyota RAV4 in 11/2017, put in less then 3000 miles and to find out last week that... I have to pay our of pocket for new rotors and brakes for the back and scheduled in August for the front. Totally $990.00. Called the sales manager who sold me the RAV4, Mr. Martinez, and he stated that possible a pin or a caliber must of fallen on the back. If so then why on all four and why isn’t what I am paying for, 100,000 powertrain warranty, covering it. After all, it’s only been six months. And then he told my husband that the inspection had 60% on them, as gas as the brakes and rotors. And? I barely drive the car. We’re not the road trip type. Lastly he said he will check on giving us a discount. Never did it. Very disappointed and well...it is what it is but I believe that whole story of powertrain warranty and hubla...it’s extra money in their pockets. Next time I’ll want specifics as to what is TRULY covered under that extra payment. Suffice that, the shuttle drivers were very kind and a pleasure to speak with.

    **Review about KOCH 33 Ford location, not directly internet sales** Wow, where do I start off with this nightmare.... I guess this started the day I bought... the car. The only decent thing about this dealership is the price they sell their used inventory. If you expect great customer service: Koch 33 is NOT the place you want to go. from the broken gas cap from when I purchased the vehicle, to the failure to recommend a transmission service (koch 33 toyota did the service because ford was under construction) to the most recent and dissapointing interaction... False information given to me, wasting my TIME and MONEY. Two weeks ago I inquired about a paint crack in my rear bumper, to see if it would be covered by the extended warranty (100,000 mile warranty). When I spoke to the service/reception woman on the phone she stated that paint touch ups such as a split in the paint is not covered, however dents and dings are. So naturally, I set up an appointment to take advantage of the money I invested in the warranty. Fast forward to yesterday (May 21st 2018), to drop off my car. FIRST OFF. I had to sit and wait 4 hours for a loaner vehicle that they never produced. (Receptionist Kelly) was "kind" enough to call enterprise and get me a ride to their office for a vehicle, which I must pay for out of pocket. Now comes this morning.... I get a call around 1130 saying the bill is $770 and that its in fact NOT under warranty. Uhmmm..... does this bait and switch anger anyone else?? Already in contact with my lawyer. False information? False advertisement? both??

    Terrible customer service!!!!! Traveled 190 miles round trip. Before I arrived we had a deal set and when I got there wanted to charge me $7,500 more!!!!... Sales Manager Cory Wismer is VERY rude and talks to you like you are a moron! Waste of time! Didn't even try and help or offer any solution what so ever for THEIR MESS UP...terrible customer service!! STAY AWAY!

    Good dealer however i can't believe that they dont have loaner cars for when your car is getting serviced ecspecially after buying a car there. You have... to rent one which i think is crappy.
