I love this dealership.

I love this dealership. They have always taken care of my vehicle’s needs. Javon was my service writer on 8-11-23 and I have to say outstanding work from him and the technician that worked on my 19 Civic Type R. Two thumbs up.

After waiting 3hours, we were told that the sliding door

After waiting 3hours, we were told that the sliding door couldn’t be fixed. Charged for diagnostic. We both lost 3 hours plus 1hour of travel time. Our part time jobs didn’t get done. Why couldn’t we told asap that it couldn’t be fixed?

My experience was very good.

My experience was very good. My sales person misplaced my spare key for my new car but after explaining it to the manager she was very quick to order a new one and schedule my appointment to set it up. Very friendly staff.

James was my service advisor when I came in through Express service today at Lehigh Valley Honda. He was excellent. Kind and understanding. Explained the process well and accommodating.
