I just picked up our 6 th car from JM Lexus. It’s always fun and exciting but a long process. Thankfully there’s all sorts of bagels, snacks, danish snd coffees to have while you wait. Our sales rep Gregg Whyte was great explaining everything and Tim Spellman, sales manager walked us through setting everything up. Bluetooth, radio settings, phone book, gears etc We are always happy with the sales and service at JM Lexus. Otherwise why would we be using them for 17 years?

I was given at JM Lexus courteous and wonderful help In learning the various features of my new vehicle wherein I was not shown how to use the various features of the vehicle where i purchased it at North Miami Lexus. All they were interested in doing was making the sale after that they had no time for me even though I called up and made an appointment. Next vehicle I am going back to J M Lexus
