This is the fourth leased Lexus that I have had. I must say that this is the first time that I can say that going through the whole process of doing a new lease from start to finish was a very pleasant experience this time. I dealt with one person, whom was Eric Rodgers, from start to finish. Eric was very knowledgeable, helpful and compassionate while assisting me through this whole process. Eric showed me things about my Lexus ES 350 that I did not know and I have been driving one for three years. This was differently an Excellent Experience.

I had a great experience. My sales associate explained everything in detail all about my new car and the rest of the process. He even show me the service department waiting area. I found this dealership to be the top of my list considering that I worked for Autonation for 12 years as a Facilities Manager. The maintenance of the dealership is kept in very good shape as well.

I was a little concerned about purchasing a car in Florida from Arizona. But Saqib Khan worked with me and was very upfront the whole time. I appreciated the CarFax being available for review and all the specs on the car checked out. The transaction went without a hitch and the car was delivered in the condition that I expected, which was in excellent shape. There was no high pressure or hidden costs, and I would be happy to deal with Mr. Khan and JM Lexus again in the future.
